AAA Junk Removal

Great guys to do business with. Came to my home to quote me & I hired them on the spot! They cleared a heavy, huge pile of yard debris & some random concrete leftovers quickly & efficiently. Will hire them again next time. Highly recommended

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW!
i called aaa on tues 1÷14÷14, the next day the owner of the company, Thomas Forseter, came by my to look at my trash and give me a quote. the quote was $ 225, if i paid him cash. i agreed and he said he would be back at around 4pm to pick up the trash. he leaves me a voicemail at 430 while i am at work saying «ive loaded up half of your stuff and my truck is full, if you want me to finish the job i am charging you $ 375. once i get out of work at 8pm, i return his vm and ask how he can quote for $ 225 earlier and now charge me $ 375, trying to squeeze me for an extra $ 150. his answer word for word «i dont give a fu#k what i said earlier, the price is $ 375, if you dont pay me i will come back and return your trash.» i tell him that is not very good business to tell a customer one price than try to strong arm additional money. his response «fu#k you» and hung up. 6 days later i come home to Thomas Forester and one of his helpers unloading a truck load of trash all over my property, half of which was not even my trash. i ask him if he is seriously doing this 6 days later, his repsonse «dont fu#k with me you little faggot» and continued to scream and curse profanitys. i have all of this on my iphone video as proof.
do yourselves a favor and do not ever use this company and please spread the word!

Excellent company to deal with. I submitted a request through their website and within 5 minutes I had heard back from them. Very courteous on the phone. They came by the next day to give me an estimate (VERY reasonable!), and within a few hours sent James over to remove lots of concrete and wood. Great job, very clean, very considerate of my garden and yard. HIGHLY recommended!
