slow service due to being understaffed. The bubble tea was ok; I had ordered the coconut flavored tea which used the powdered mix like most bubble tea places. it was refreshing but the tapioca balls did not meet a good standard in my opinion. They were a bit firm and chewy. I would come here again to try their custard filled fish shaped puffs. I was amused by the conveyor type system they were using to bake them.

Simply put, not fresh. The dozen custard cream puffs I purchased were all chewy, mildly stale and clearly had been sitting for too long. Went straight into the garbage after a few bites. My taro bubble tea was okay, could have used some more boba and less sugar. Perhaps my experience would have been better if I passed by as a fresh batch were made, but still, the quality was not good. If you need a shopping pick me up, look elsewhere.

This place is lucky there is no other Bubble Tea spot in the Palisades Mall, otherwise they would be totally out of business. I’ve been here a couple time and slowly its been depreciating in quality. The bubbles were tough and tasted old. They offer their bubble tea in a slushy format(only) and it was too watery and had chunks of ice in it. This place needs to step up their bubble tea game — you’re offending the Asians.
