I did buy about nine 2×4. Staff was mad helpful with getting those beams of wood down and onto that flatbed. Only about 5 splinter. Did also make sure to copy about 50 keys. The man working didn’t mind. We talked about the Simpsons for a minute. Asked if about 5 employees could assist me and all that lumber to my Saab. Grat hardware store if you building a shed from scratch.

I bought a steam mop here as a Christmas present. Guess what, it came used and its missing half the parts. And then when I bring it in, the store manager is suspicious that I have tampered with it. Unbelievable. They don’t even inspect items that they get as a return. They finally accepted my return reluctantly. Another instance is when I bought a garbage can online and the lid broke in a month. I went it with the lid for a replacement. A lady sales associate started saying all this mumbo jumbo to me that they can’t do it. The nerve of the sales associate to explain to me that they«don’t have a lid replacement program» like I’m some kind of idiot. She continues to talk condescendingly to refuse the replacement. Well shes done a great job in refusing the replacement, but guess what from now on I won’t even do business with them anymore because they don’t stand by their products and they don’t treat customers with any respect.

Yes I am completely satisfied. I got my saw and was able to apply my coupon. I contacted customer care and a very professional agent got an ASM from the West Nyack Home Depot to call me and find out what was going on. Long story short, I got my saw in the mail, went in today and got an adjustment. It didn’t go all as planned though. There were 2 customers in front of me at the return desk being helped(or should I say not being help!!! haha) and they BOTH were experiencing some kind of issues. I was determined to be patient and polite when it was my turn. Luckily a Damon from the customer service desk was helping with return and he tried to help me. I really appreciated his help and effort but when he wasn’t able to figure out how to do the adjustment on an online order, another associate by the name of Vereena came over to help. She got it to work and I was on my way. Kudos and thumbs up to the CC agent Micaiah and Damon and Vereena. It’s all good now and I take back a little of what I said last week. There are associates at this West Nyack depot who are willing to help. Also, during the time I was getting my issue resolved, the line at the return desk was growing to like 5 – 8 people and I can tell everyone(employees and customers) were all getting a little agitated. I think it was just a bad time. Regardless, I am pleased with my outcome and will certainly continue to shop more confidently at Home Depot. PS, Home Depot did fix its check inventory button recently and I discovered that a store in the Bronx had FOUR of this saw in stock. If I knew that I wouldn’t have been hassled like I was.

Well, the 7 day window for a manager to contact me has come and gone with nary a peep. I also filled out a complaint with corporate which said that someone would be in touch within 1 business day. That didn’t happen either. The fish rots from the head down and this store(and company) stinks to high heaven.
