I edited my review from 5 stars to 2. The staff has been very nice to me. Im extremely disappointed with my care, though. I had a procedure that I was told would have little to no recovery time. It’s been 2 months and I’m now being told this is normal. I have a hard time believing that. My Dr. spends about 2 minutes with me in my follow up visits. I’m in pain, can’t walk, and am pretty angry about this. I also just found out that my insurance is being billed improperly and that Im not supposed to be paying copays. Couldn’t be more unhappy. I gave 2 stars because I didn’t die during my surgery.

I was refered to this place by my primary dr. The rudest appt maker EVER. i was on hold for 8 mins to make an appt and when i told her why i needed the appt she wanted to know how i injured myself and what insurance i have. i told her and then she wants to know which type of plan i have. sorry ive never been asked that, my card just has the name of the insurance and i get it through my employer, not through the state. her atttude was just nasty and they do not have to worry about me calling back. i can take my insurance and their money along with my co payment elsewhere.
