This place never fails me. Having a rough day, decided to stop in for a mani/​pedi… I needed something to put me on the right track today. Friendly greetings at the door, bright setting, and clean tools (they use an autoclave to sterilize) will always bring me back. I slid into a seat with Julie (aka Ms. Kim!) to start with my manicure. She offered the upsell, at first I was hesitant, but the more I sat and thought about it, I decided to give gel polish a try. She’s so quick, very efficient and gentle… I love when I’m able to walk in and receive her services. About 30 mins later, I had a fresh, beautiful, French mani.
For my pedicure, I sat down with Eddie, who recognized me even though it’s been so long since I’ve treated myself. Let me tell you, his hands are a little bit of magic! His trigger point work during the massage portion is worthy of any high end massage spa for sure. I usually walk in and roll with whoever is available (Mercy is amazing as well, although I did not see her today), but these two are definitely worth taking the time to schedule appointments with them. They both are really good at what they do and take their time to make sure you’re happy with your visit.

I come here every two weeks for years. Great and extremely nice Service always recommend.

This is not our first time, but each time it has been a pleasant experience. Its clean, they have great personalities and outstanding customer service. We recommend.

I go to this nail salon at least once a month and see manicurist, Julie. She is a perfectionist and does a great job. Overall, I think this is one of the top nail salons in the area, and I think they do their best to treat customers well.

The reviews do not do this place any justice. I have never had a bad experience. The owner is always onsite and has made every effort to make me feel both comfortable and welcome.
This is the nail salon where I bring my mom who has dementia and James answers all of her insane questions, in fact he is the only one who can do her nails.

I went to this nail salon on a Monday night at 6 PM last week with my little sister who is 12. Right when we walked in they asked how they could help us. We told them we would like 1 manicure and 1 full tip set. They looked around at each other and told us we need to make an appointment. soon afterward they said it will be a 30 minute wait. We decided to wait.
When we were seated I told the guy I would like tips with acrylic. We huffs and says ok. I ask him to remove the dead skin from around my nail– instead he began to apply acrylic. Not adding tips. When I reminded him he angrily got the tips and began to be rough pulling and pushing my hand while he worked.
I then told him I wanted the shape of my nails to be pointy. He cuts me off sayin he already knows. Ok! At the end my nails were round and circular. Not pointy. And painted lumpy and not smooth at all. I ended up paying $ 50 for this when on the list it said $ 35.? He made up some excuse as to why it was $ 50. As I went to sit in the dryer it was time that they have already closed 7:30. He immediately grabbed his stuff and left.
The paint job was rushed, they were rough, and every time one of us asked for something specific they huffed and puffed and said «that’s a lot of work» and kept reminding us that «we close at 7:30». They also had the Nerve to tell me to come back in two weeks. ! The person who serviced me was the man in the first seat on the right hand side

My first visit to this nail salon. Young and James very professional and courteous. Clean environment. Will be returning.
