Poor customer service. Not at all accommodating toward people who work full time day jobs. Tried to get a service call scheduled during their 1−5pm window and even though I requested the latest available slot possible, the service person shows up at 2pm with no prior call or notice. Do they expect people to sit at home for four hours, all the while missing work? And forget about after hours or weekend calls! Definitely a customer service fail.

Do not for whatever reason sign up for ADT security. If at anytime you close your account with these thieves, you WILL be hit with a fee, nor will ADT make any attempt to retrieve that fee. They will send it directly to a collection agency. Be warned. Thieving companies like this should be regulated and shut down.

Great service, everything from home security to theft control.
Service is all about the representative and the ADT reps have been great with any problems or questions I’ve had. Maria Callanan, 561−577−4644, is who I have had experience with. Just a super responsive rep.
