The pulled pork taquitos are DELICIOUS!!! So are the vegetable masala and naan bread! Can’t wait to come back & try other things on the menu!

Well what can I say… ordered croquettes, wings, octopus and duck tacos. Everything but the croquettes were barely warm if not cold and tasted like last nights reheats. The octopus appetizer($ 16) consisted of 5 pieces of dried up, grilled, cold octopus. Total waste of money. The wings would have been good if they were served hot out of the fryer, with a little more of the Hoisin sauce. Duck was cold, and needed more hoisin sauce. So not impressed. Nothing was freshly prepared, except the croquettes that were lacking as well. Not coming back.

Avoid the Bistro. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. The server asked if I would like fries or fruit salad with the order. I selected the fruit salad. The fruit salad contained two grapes and a few pieces of unripened cantaloupe and strawberry. The salad was nearly frozen. I received a bill for a 10 dollar sandwich and a five dollar frozen fruit salad. When I politely questioned why I was being charged for a fruit salad when the server offered fries or a salad as a choice, he became rude and argumentative. I will never eat at the Bistro again. Save yourself the trouble and walk to the nearby shopping center with honest businesses.

Been here many times and the food is always amazing. The lunch menu is my personal favorite because I am a fan of small plates but dinner is also good. Definitely worth trying. Everyone who has been there loves it!

Great service. Make sure you get Chris at the bar, very nice and professional. Food is very good and not overpriced at all for the area. You’ll get an oudtanding service and food quality. Lots of repeat customets, that shows their standards! ;)

Awful service! I’ve never wrote a bad review but this one is needed. Took us 20 minutes to get waters, over an hour to get our food and not once did the waiter apologize, come to check on us or refill our drinks. Take your money somewhere else.

It had been quite awhile since having a meal at Bistro Ten Zero One(at the Marriott of WPB). It was a favorite place of an ex-girlfriend. That may explain my not visiting in awhile. I called ahead for lunchtime schedule. Was informed dining room served lunch until 4pm. I arrived at 1:30pm. No Hostess, the Bartender came from behind the bar and wanted to sit me at a table in the bar lounge(and it was closest to the front door). I said I was here for lunch. She stated the dining room was closed, but lunch was available in the bar area. I was not happy with this miscommunication. And a dining room closed at 1:30pm during«season» in a major hotel dining room surprised me. I did not have lunch. Before leaving, went to the hotel front desk and expressed my unhappiness. The manager did not introduce herself by name, nor give me her card. She simply said she would tell the restaurant manager of my experience. One star for some pleasantness, but lack of service.

The food is good. Menu is limited. Service is great. But the cleanliness isn’t what I think it should be for a Marriott restaurant. I have gone twice and both times I had to search for a table that was clean and the second time I had silverware with crusty food still on both forks.

The wait staff here is SO attentive. I had dinner in the bar area last night and the bartender refilled my drinks before I even realized they were getting low! At breakfast, I ate from the buffet, but Rima offered to get me whatever else I needed– a waffle from the kitchen, a coffee to go? For dinner, I recommend the Brie appetizer– delicious! For breakfast, the buffet is the way to go– sliced meats, cheeses, fruit, eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes. And, of course, cereal, juice, and coffee.

Food here is absolutely amazing! For. Hotel. Or for any restaurant!!! It is way more than I would expect from a hotel restaurant but it’s as good as many of the high end restaurants I know of! Everything that me and my friends have had for dinner has been well above excellent!!! Staff is super friendly and helpful!!!

I’ve stayed in the Marriot for the last 2 weeks for work and ventured down to Bistro 1001 on days that I was too tired to go out. So far I’ve had the skirt steak, pork tacos, and lobster roll. They were all good in their own ways. The steak was actually my favorite of the 3. It had a good flavor and was tender. The pork tacos left me wanting. They were pretty much 3 tortilla chips with pork on top. The lobster roll was decent. Definitely not the best I’ve had. The food is a little pricey and the alcohol is overpriced, but that’s to be expected from a hotel bar. I definitely wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here, but I’m sure I’ll eat here again if I were to stay in the same hotel.

Yum Yum Yum. If you haven’t been to this place to try the new menu I suggest you pick any day of the week and visit. The fried oysters are so fresh and delicious, you could eat them like pop corn or by the bucket DELICIOUS! The Lobster Roll is so soft to chew and has just the right amount of mayo. The bun is soft, well buttered and fluffy at the bite. This came with Yuca sea salt chips, you can tell they’re home made, fresh and just delightful as a pairing. Some might not know this but these folks are all about the farm to table theory. So you won’t find any frozen patties or re-fried menu items here. It’s all fresh and some ingredients they use are even picked from their back garden, does it get any fresher than that? I don’t think so. The only reason why I don’t give this place 5 stars is because I would love to see a bigger menu but if you think about it cooking all those fresh plates sacrifices the menu item space. A sacrifice I’m totally willing to make.

I ordered from Bistro 1001 through room service. After being told they no longer served the pasta dish that was on the menu, I opted for an order of wings and a side salad. The wings were pretty darn good if I say so myself. The salad was delicious(except for the red onions); I should have opted out of them. It was much bigger than I expected which was a pleasant surprise. For dessert, I had the key lime crème brûlée. At first, I was disappointed that the serving was so small($ 6 cost) but realized it was all for the best. The meal was hot upon arrival and boy, I enjoyed every bit of it! It was much better than I could have hoped for.

I must say, very good food for a hotel restaurant. Small menu though. Tried the day boat fish(which was grouper). Tasty dish served with sautéed greens and risotto. My dining companion had the burger which was excellently prepared. Clearly this was no frozen patty from the freezer. Prices tend to be on the higher side but then again your at a hotel.

I recently had the opportunity to try Bistro 1001 quite by accident but what a wonderful accident indeed. Meeting a business partner for lunch I Unilocaled the area and came upon this hotel restaurant attached to the Marriott off Okeechobee. I sat at the bar and was delightfully greeted with a smile and a menu. I said I was famished and per my m/o I asked what was phenomenal? She happily said everything and after my meal I can understand why. For my first experience she recommended the Black Grouper Sandwich as well as the ahi-tuna guacamole with sweet potato chips. Both sounded great, so I obliged her recommendation. The ahi tuna was marinated in a wonderfully flavored tuna mixed into the guacamole. It’s funny — just a week ago I had this same dish but this execution is far superior. The tuna is warmer and has its own profile against the guac. The dish is a testament to balance in a dish. The home made sweet potato chips are a wonderful parring. The portion was so generous I found myself eating the dish during my next course. I must mention everything is allay-cart. The black grouper sandwich came on a soft, toasted well buttered, deliciously addicting roll. The fish was cooked to perfection moist and bursting with flavor — the chef de cuisine deserves a better venue(no offense to his current digs) The aoile paired with the dish only complimenting the entire pallet fee. As my entertaining waitron ran me through the menu, she mentioned the lack of salmon because all the food in the location is farm to table. This is especially evident in the sandwich accompaniments. I found both the bibb lettuce as well as the vine tomato as fresh as I can remember from an establishment. Without a doubt a solid experiance that beats anything you will find in City Place on price, value and quality. Stop here first and then see the movie later.

My mom and I were in town for Mother’s Day weekend. We had dinner out on the town, but saved our dessert appetite for when we got back to our hotel. The bartender/waiter was super friendly… engaged us in light conversation and even made a few jokes. We got the warm chocolate cake which came with hot chocolate syrup and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. This cake was so dense! It was more like a fudge/cake hybrid! And very rich. It hit the sweet note that we were looking for. Wish we could have dined there so that my review could be more informative. If you’re craving something rich and chocolatey. I’d recommend the warmed chocolate cake!

I mean, it was a Friday night in Downtown WPB with the Antique Show going on at the convention center, Valentine’s weekend and we couldn’t find a reservation anywhere for over two hours. So I remembered coming here a few years back and how good it was. They use all fresh herbs out of their garden and usually locally grown produce, meats and locally caught fish. Anyway, we got there and the place was maybe a 1⁄3 full-so it was slow. I had the grilled skirt steak with fried yucca, salsa cebolla and chimichurri. My date had the Palmetto Creek pork chop with collard greens, johnny cake and lemon thyme jus. We also ordered additional grilled veggies and grilled asparagus. Although everything was fresh and delicious, it was not hot, meaning it most likely sat in the window waiting to come to us. They were under staffed and the waitress kept apologizing, forgot the coffee and dessert so I gave it 4 stars for this visit. They initially served us a glass of water but never refilled it and I’m a big water drinker. Not a place one would typically go but on a busy night in PBC and you want great food, try it and I bet you get right in!

Quiet Marriott restaurant/bar — An eclectic menu with some very different, but great food and local brews. Two menus: One with bites, soups, salads, greens, meals, and dessert. You have to ask for the tapas menu as they want only the bar patrons to order from it. Although I didn’t have any tapas, the menu looked great. Off the meal menu, I started with a Swamp Ape(local brew) and a Roasted Beet Salad(an overabundance of red & golden beets, mixed greens, goat cheese spread tossed in a raspberry vinaigrette, and an almond toasted biscotti for the crunch). For my main course I had a 10 oz fatty NY Strip that was cooked perfectly, but lacked salt & pepper and was only room temperature. That sat on top a potato mushroom lasagna that was superb, steemer spinach and asparagus, and a BBQ sauce infested tomato chutney. Don’t have high hopes for sure. Service needs serious improvements from the hostess to the waiter as they are cold and unfriendly at best.

This place is AWESOME. We were seated and handed the menu… and no joke, there wasn’t ONETHING on it that didn’t sound AMAZING. I would have eaten the entire menu if I could have. We were a party of four people… we ordered three appetizer, and every single one was delicious and unique. The tuna guacamole was fantastic and served with these very light crisps, the flatbread was topped with some arugula and balsamic, and the beer battered brie was to DIEFOR. To be honest, the appetizers were SO good that I was worried the rest of the meal wouldn’t compare, but I was wrong. Two ordered the skirt steak. It was cooked to perfection, tender, and flavorful. The yucca was AWESOME and the onions were a nice addition. I had the pork chop, which was(once again) fantastic! Juicy, moist, tender, and great flavor. The blue corn grits were very cool and tasted wonderful, and the kale was off the charts! The fourth dish we ordered was the house fish– red snapper sautéed and served with whole wheat risotto and greens. Again, AMAZINGDISH! Luckily, everyone was in the mood to share, so I got the opportunity to try every single thing we ordered… INCLUDINGTHEBANANASPLIT! Creamy ice cream(Sloan’s) topped with fresh bananas and delicious cherries made the meal complete! WEWILLDEFINITELYGOBACK!
