Blacktie Chauffeur & Limousine

Perfect experience. Very professional service from beginning to end. Gave us a free upgrade from stretch escalade to party bus. The bus was clean and well equipped.

Have used several times for both Miami and Ft. Lauderdale airports — have not had a misstep yet! I’ve also called at the last minute and was efficiently accommodated while the cabin door on the plane was closing, not knowing if Roger had heard me — and sure enough, a car was waiting for me when I landed!

After my friend had recently used their limo services, I decided to hire them to bring my friends and I downtown. Our driver Bernard arrived on time, and drove us from destination to destination without a single hitch. He was attentive to any requests my girls and I had. The limousine itself was sleek, elegant, and equipped with party lights and blue tooth. It was fun memorable evening that I will not soon forget! I plan to hire Black Tie Limousine again, and request Bernard as my driver.

Roger is very nice and polite. We have used them twice and they are very personable; clean new vehicles; very nice people.
I always call companies the day before (whenever I make any kind of appointment with any company) to make sure my reservation is on the books. So we have never had a «no show». Both times they were on time or early.
I would recommend this company.

On January 24 2015 a friend of mine came from New York to Florida for his birthday. We decided to take a limo to the Hard Rock to celebrate his birthday. We called Black Tie and booked a car to pick us up at 8:45 pm. Instead of the car showing up we got a phone call from Roger, the booking manager, that they couldn’t find the keys to the car that was suppose to come get us. He apologized and said he could give us a credit towards our next booking. Wish they would have called earlier since we had to spend another hour looking for another company to come get us.
Then on February 2, I called Roger to book a car for my birthday for February 9^th, 2015. I recieved a confirmation via email stating the car was going to pick my friends and I up at my home at 8pm for that night. On the night they were suppose to pick us up, I called Roger at 8:10 pm asking where our car was. He said I never confirmed his confirmation email and that he didn’t have a car for me. Who confirms a confirmation email? No where did it say I had to confirm his email. And he had my telephone number why didn’t he call me? I explained we had tickets to the Garlic festival and also tickets to a midnight show in Fort Lauderdale and needed him to find a way to get us a car. He said he didn’t have one available.
I have never heard of a limousine service conduct business this way.
I asked for the business owners name and telephone number but he refused to give it to me. All the numbers to the business goes directly to him.
Christian if you are reading this, Roger has my telephone number… we need to talk

Thank you Chris and the black tie limo staff for making my friends bachelorette party a safe trip. The driver was a gentleman assisting all of us I and out of the limo. He even drove the limo up to the front of the venue at Lips and took pictures for us. The ride was very smooth and comfortable. When we arrive at our final destination of the evening he made sure that we were all dropped off at our cars for our safety. Thank you, we were all very impressed with the service and couldn’t ask for anything more.
