What a rip off, you sign. A contract for150. oo then you have a problem they come and tell you that you need a mother board without checking anything. You pay them 45 dollars and the part is only 105.00 they tell you it will cost 320 dollars. It is not covered by there fine print. You have another tech who pulls out The refrig tell you the coils are covered in dust and dirt. He cleans the back and leaves, everything is fine. What a scummy fraudulent outfit.

This is absolutely the worst repair service company I have ever worked with.
Their hands-​off sales people will tell you anything to sell you a service contract and misrepresent what things like a «corrosive part» are and what is and isn’t commonly fixed. The contract is very deliberately vague about parts they are willing to fix and they change their definitions often.
There is absolutely not reason to get a contract with this company. My grandmother and I were scammed by their sales tactics and refusal to replace or repair ANYTHING under the contract for her West Palm Beach home. There is always some excuse as to why it’s not covered under the contract. e.g. «Oh, that’s a corrosive part», «oh sorry, that part holds water, not covered», «nope, that is technically a plumbing part even though it’s on the a/​c», etc. etc. ad nauseum.
The repairmen are also all salesmen as they make a commission on what they can push on you. Never was I not pressured to replace the whole unit or the whole appliance.
When I have tried to call and complain, this company refuses to give out their last names! What do you think that tells your customers? It tells them that you are fully aware that this is a scammy business. They want nothing to do with being connected to BFS and with good reason as it suggests they have no ethical standards of business.
My opinion: Do not under any circumstances give your money to these people. Take your hard earned money to a well-​recommended independent contractor or a company that actually cares about their customers and is willing to put their real name behind it.
