Antiquated provider. Would not accept credit card payment over phone; had to drive 40 minutes to provide required deposit in person.
Required total fee up front before submitting to Insurance company.
Also witnessed the Doctor treating his assistant, a women of color, extremely disrespectfully.
Will complete procedure I already paid for in full but never return to this practice.

I have been going to Dr. Bruce for a while. His approach to teeth whitening and the results he produces is unparalleled. He takes his time and does a great job. The courteous staff at the office is always a pleasure to deal with.
