Chariots of Palm Beach

Amazing cars from Wonderful people. We have bought 2 cars from Chariots of Palm Beach, in the last 5 years. The cars we bought were on the low end of their inventory, but we have been treated as if we were their highest buying clients. Hugh Bate, Fred Roe, Sarah Bate (who handles rentals) and the rest of the staff has made us feel like their most valued customers. They always have time to chat with us. After we took a car home, we discovered a few problems which would not show up unless one drove the car a little, especially at night. We called Hugh for advice and he immediately said, «bring the car back, I’ll have it all taken care of, and give you a loaner.» And he did what he said he would do. And this is on a car that was sold as-​is, with no warranty. Chariots of Palm Beach is a real class act — and when we win the lottery we intend to become their best customers.

A very dishonest car dealership to say the least. I purchased a 1997 Bentley Brooklands that was delivered in non-​working condition and required $ 6000 worth of repairs to the ECU. Extremely difficult to work with and attempt to resolve the problem amicably.

This place sells some fancy cars but I didn’t go here to buy a car. This review is for their attitude:
I was test driving a car that was being sold at some other small dealer that was down the street from them. The fuel light was on (I was told not to worry about it) and it stalled right outside the chariots of palm beach. I asked these guys to let me call the dealer and they had someone get gas and he had me on my way before the other dealer could came to rescue his car. The sharply dressed gentlemen even pushed our car for a bit. Good stuff. If you like nice cars, go check them out.
