If I could give this particular CR store more stars, I really would.
Nestled in a plethora of shopping options at the Palm Beach Outlet Mall, I entered Charlotte Russe and was immediately offered assistance.
I politely declined and made my way around the store. Actually, I was paused near the front for a while, as there were SO many options — organized, super stocked, not too crowded… this store had me shopping for at least an hour.
While trying things on, the sales associates (all ladies) assisted me with a few of the outfits. They made suggestions and offered to find things to work with particular tops or bottoms I was trying on; I really felt like I was being pampered.
At the end, I walked out with more clothing than I originally went in looking for… but I am so very happy, because those ladies made me feel like I was a model.
Considering I’m used to shopping at the Wellington Green Mall CR, this store is SO much better and has AWESOME personal service. 10 out of 10, people. :)
