Regarding the matter with Linda D. I am the manager for Chem Dry Of Palm Beach County. All together we cleaned four arm chairs and two area rugs. We also cleaned another area rug for free as we were leaving the house. Everything came out great. A couple days later, we received a call from Linda about an issue with two of the arm chairs. We came to inspect the issue and attempted to fix the situation twice, but we came to the conclusion that the chairs left very lite streaks due to the age of them. We treated them properly and followed Chem dry procedures. Also just for Linda’s troubles we refunded her 350.00.

I would give them NO!!! STARS if possible. They came to clean two of my chairs and left them with streaking. They sent the same service people back two more times with no change. I called to speak to the manager or owner Nazar Osman but was told they were never around. I emailed and called many times to resolve issue and got no response. Now its time for small claims court. I would think the company would want to remedy this issue before it got this far. I gave them ample chances.
