One employee has a very poor attitude. This is not a first time occurance either. That alone will make you stop going there. Unacceptable to say the very least. I mean, if you can’t have a decent mood with a job that simplistic then there is no hope.

I have been to many of the other Copper Tan locations (Palm beach gardens, Boynton Beach, and Royal Palm Beach) this one is by far my favorite for a couple of reasons. First, the staff! They are very friendly here unlike at pbg and royal palm. Secondly, the maintenance is always up to par here (beds working, sprays working, radio working ect.) and lastly is i left something extremely expensive and valuable at this location the first time there and they called me immediately to return it. Unfortunately, I find that surprising and I do not think everyone would do that. I am so thankful for the girls at this CopperTan location.

I’ve been tanning at this location for over four years now. Living in South Florida selling real estate, people expect you to look like the lifestyle they imagine anyone close to the beach would live — you know, wake up jogging on the beach watching the sunrise, followed by a mimosa pool side and an hours worth of sun everyday. Well for me that happens about once a month, if I’m lucky, so I need to find a way to always look tan and keep the dream alive. Enter Coppertan USA.
Coppertan USA gives me many tanning options, I have a platinum membership (yes it drafts payments off your credit card just like a gym membership every month) For signing up on EFT you get a hefty discounted price. They offer a cash payment version of this membership at a higher price so any one reading reviews where people complain they didn’t know they would have auto withdrawals made from their bank account, its just not true. READ THE AGREEMENT you initialed and signed, its pretty clear!
I like the Platinum Membership because it allows me to stop in any time as many times as I want every day all month long and tan in any machine they have including the Versa Spa spray tan.
I love the Versa Spa, its quick (less than five minutes) and the color on level 3 bronze is perfect for my skin color, I’m blonde, blue eyed and very fair. But if I spray, everyone thinks I’ve spent a couple of days on the beach (look at my pictures judge for yourself).
The staff could not be nicer or more accommodating if they tried. They know the equipment and can always suggest the right lotions or bed based on what you need. And the hours are extensive even on holidays.
I love this place and can safely say, many Palm Beachers do as well, I run into many friends when ever I tan, especially on the weekends!
They also run many different sales and offers thru out the month, they change all the time like 50% off or buy one get one free, these specials usually apply to ANYTHING YOU BUY, like a three month membership, so you actually get six months for the price of 3. So before buying anything — ASK, «when are you going to have a sale», the staff is very good about finding you the best offer they have or letting you know what might be coming up.

If there was a lower rating it would be warranted here. Not only are the beds sub-​par, but they have automatically withdrawn money out of my bank account without my permission for unauthorized bogus charges on several occasions. They wouldn’t let me cancel my membership without paying even though they acknowledged the mistake. I thought the problem could be easily dealt with, but I tried on a number of occasions to speak with a manager about the money taken out of my account (far in excess of what I would conceivably owe) but the most I got was an e-​mail address to what they claimed was corporate. No name or number. Nothing. I haven’t been this ripped off or treated this poorly ever. Stay away.

The spray tan machine on level 3 bronze barely gave me color. I tanned in a bed the other day and it burnt my back and didn’t give me any color on my front. Waste of money both times. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff is very nice.

Just trust me and don’t waste your money here. I’ve given it many tries and am always disappointed. Have even tried different levels of tanning and stand up and lay down beds. I always burn and never tan. It’s old and not very nice at all. The employees are just so-​so. Some give good advice while others give horrible advice. Steer clear and go to Boca Tanning Club where you will never be disappointed.

This location changed names, layout and I believe owners like 4 – 5 yrs ago. The used to offer smoothies (I miss them). Not as nice a Boca Tanning but the deals are better and the location is convenient. The girls that work there are always nice and have never minded me bringing my dog with me. All different bed levels that are priced accordingly. They also offer spray tan.

i have the Silver package and the stand ups in this location are different then the Forest Hill and Jog location. i noticed i burn with the stand ups on Okeechobee but the one i ususally use off of Forest Hill i can stay in the full 10 min. i think maybe the stand up beds for the Silver package are better at the Forest Hill location
