Dairy Queen

This is my favorite place! Every Friday when I come home from work, I stop at the DQ drive-​thru or go in store for a large cookie dough blizzard (extra cookie dough). This is my jam! It’s what I look forward to at the end of each week.
Then I take a slow stroll down US1/​Dixie Highway back home while indulging myself in loads of cookie dough. Just want to thank Dairy Queen for having the best blizzards in the world!

On the way home from an outing and had to stop for an ice cream cone. A nostalgic afternoon called for a childhood treat, and this particular Dairy Queen was in a convenient location. A chocolate dipped waffle cone with some soft serve chocolate hit the spot. The gentleman who waited on me was kid and courteous, and extremely efficient. I had my cone and was out the door in no time flat. I’d return again if I’m ever in the area.

This location didn’t participate in Free Cone Day on March 16. Instead of giving out a free cone, there were signs saying, «Free Cone with Any Purchase.» Why bother advertising it if you’re not going participate? The radio and TV news announced the free cone day all morning. I would have donated money to the Children’s Miracle Network (the charity that was to get donations in exchange for a free come) in lieu of paying for a cone but left when I saw the signs. The manager was explaining the free cone with any purchase deal to a customer on the phone. He sounded rude and reminded the cashier to tell customers the deal was a free cone with any purchase. The vibe in there felt hostile. We decided to leave without getting anything.

What a great experience. Employees are so nice and kind. They give my dog a free pup ice cream. The sandwiches are delicious and fresh. We would recommend to everyone.

The location is perfect. I’m able to give my son a sweet treat with out leaving the comfort of our SUV! The variety of different blizzards he never gets the same thing ever.

This place is just simply amazing! I take my gf there and it keeps her quiet for a while until she finishes her blizzard. Peace of mind
