I just went through the drive-thru at this location. I’d like to tell you that the tuna salad on a croissant and the coffee coolatta no whip was delicious, but I wouldn’t know. Declined my card twice. I knew I had $$ in my bank account and, sure enough, upon checking it after coming home I sure did. I called them as a courtesy to let them know their machine must be not working properly and the girl who answered indicated, «Yeah, it’s our machines. They do that sometimes. They’re really old.» Really??? That’s the way you do business?

Rude! How hard can it be to be polite and give people a smile and a delicious coffee drink and/or donut. The people working the drive thru have poor customer service skills.
