Unfortunately this place is Gone, even the Building is not there any longer, instead there is a Car Dealer, if I’m not mistaken is Hunday Car Dealer. Unfortunately to find another one on this Area you have to Drive like 6 to 7 miles.

It’s awful here. Don’t waste your time or your money. Staff doesn’t care about quality of their food, and the end results clearly proves that. I have been to several other locations and have loved my time there, but quite honestly this location would make me think twice about eating at firehouse anywhere.

Used to love this chain but going here a few nights ago made me gag. Watching the employee drain the grease off the sand which into the garbage can was about all I could take. This location is dirty and disorganized. The girl who took the order was unprofessional and seemed more interested I her personal home conversation then taking orders.

We have been to other locations including royal palm and lantana. We were highly satisfied with the other locations but this one… VERY UNSATISFIED.. Less them clean, slow service, poor customer service, one of the sandwiches were so salty we couldn’t eat it. The others made my husband and son sick.. Corporate should really look into this location. Would not be surprised if it failed a health inspection.

This is a great restaurant to keep in mind when you’re in the mood for a hot sub. They have a variety of subs to choose from and they come with chips. It’s a much healthier choice than fast-​food or anything greasy. There is plenty of room and seating, unlike some other Firehouse establishments that I’ve visited. I actually prefer a cold sub most of the time, but when I’m in the mood for a hot one this place is my go-​to. I really enjoy how much natural light comes in through their large windows, so I recommend going on a sunny day.

Good stuff… got the NY and it was rite on… place was clean snd staff was very friendly… they all seemed to be having fun doing their jobs… Sharon the girl who was behind the counter left a great impression on me… she is the kinda girl you want working for you… so bravo on my sub and double bravo for Sharon and Michelle… thanks ladies… you will see me again

As far as fast food subs goes these are pretty good. The sandwiches are steamed and the ingredients are good. They have a great selection of hot sauces available. The employees while looking a little sketchy are all very nice and the place is kept fairly clean. Don’t confuse this with a top notch deli sub but for what it is a solid 3 ½ stars.

Been to other locations and love it. But here is Horrible. No straws no lemons no aircondition, no ice! Burnt food! When alerted staff they just said «we know.»
Not ok… Then they gave me someone else’s order (which I didn’t know since it was the same as what I ordered so I started eating) and never gave the other person theirs. She complained 3 times and finally after a solid 10 mins they got food for her.

I’m soooo happy they finally opened a closer location to me in wpb! I first tried their subs about 6 years ago somewhere in northern florida, since then I was hooked! Never had a bad sub nor service from them! My usual is the engineer sub, but recently I had the courage to give it up and try something new. The limited time sweet thai chilli pulled pork sub was Amazeballs! no joke! They need to have it on their permanent menu! I have also tried Smokehouse steak and cheddar brisket, which I give 5 stars as well. The bread is always fresh, meat melts in your mouth and the sauces are great! Def would recommend this place, won’t be disappointed!

I’ve always been a fan of firehouse subs. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad sandwich from any location. The meatball sub is my favorite, it tastes great but it’s the presentation of the sandwich that gets me. cutting the bread down the middle from the top — filling with meatballs and covering it with cheese. Genius! When I make mine at home I «try» and make it the same way.
