I had a yearly contract with this company. Out of town when my AC stopped working. Called them and gave them permission to install new AC. During installation they called and said they had an electrical problem occur during installation and asked if it would be ok to call their own electrician to repair the problem. Being away I agreed. Was never told what the electrician found or repaired. I was then informed the installation was completed. Upon my arrival several days later I found my stove and dishwasher were not working and that my refrigerator was off and water all over my kitchen floor. I called Flamingo Air and they denied the damages. I called FPL who gave me the insurance carrier for Flamingo Air and I contacted them myself. I also called a repair service who informed me the mother boards on my stove and dishwasher were blown. The insurance company sent out an adjuster to check the damages and then spoke to Flamingo Air. Flamingo Air LIED about everything but after a thorough investigation was found guilty of negligence on their part and their insurance company paid for all of my damages including new appliances and the repair of my walls due to water damage. CONSIDERYOURSELFWARNED… DONOTDOBUSINESSWITHTHISCOMPANY!!!

Top notch service. My appointment for maintenance was scheduled between 9&10am; at ten to 9 the van was in my driveway! The tech, Jim, never ever walked on my rug as a matter of professionality and really took time inspecting my unit. He pointed out it’s year and even had me get under the handler to see what he was seeing as its’ condition. I’m very aware when I’m being talked down to or when someone’s trying to scam me, and I felt 100% comfortable with all the information he was telling me. Mark me down as a very satisfied customer!
