Customer service is so hit or miss. I spent over 30 minutes waiting for assistance and was sent to two different people and continued to be shrugged off. I ended up leaving with only half of the things I intended to pick up. Thanks for nothing.

I have been coming to this Guitar Center since I moved to south Florida in late May. The level of service here is impeccable even when they are absolutely swamped they still take the time to really listen to you & figure out what you need & how they can best help you. The guitar tech is very good. I was having a problem with the set up on my Fender Stratocaster & he knew immediately just by looking over the guitar what the problem was.
He said that he usually has guitars that are in for set ups ready by the end of the day. Everywhere else I’ve taken my guitars for set ups it took them a few days to set up two guitars so I was pleasantly surprised when he told me he would have both guitars ready by the end of the day. Anyone who plays Guitar, Bass, Keyboards or Drums should be shopping here they have what you need.
