My wife frequents Harold’s and she wanted to satisfy her coffee fix last Saturday so we brought our two boys. The staff was very friendly. I enjoyed the ambiance with the mismatched furnishings which led to a nice comfy and unpretentious atmosphere. They even had a collection of board games and we stayed for an hour playing Uno. My wife has a gluten intolerance and they had many snacks that catered to her condition. We never felt rushed during our stay. My only critique is the music that was played. It was f#*/ and bit#h every other word at one point. Ours boys are 10 and 11 so I was a little shocked we had to proactively ask them to change the song. Great place. Looking forward to a future trip. I noticed a back patio and it looked like they were setting up for live music? Always a plus.

I was really looking forward to this place because of the great reviews, but was really disappointed. Went at night & location felt a little sketchy for a girl alone. Not many people there & place seemed dirty with one sad, lonely croissant in the display case that looked like it had been sitting there all day. Two guys working behind the counter were more interested in their own conversation than helping a 1st time customer. The only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because the tea was decent & the outdoor courtyard is quaint.

This is a great place to get a drink. Dariel & Garrett were very friendly and professional. The drink tasted great and I had a fun time. I would recommend Harold’s coffee as a go to place to get a beverage for anyone that is looking for a good place to drink coffee or hot chocolate. I came all the way from Miami and sipping this drink made it worth my trip!

Asked for hot chocolate and they said the machine was broken. I got a latte instead &5SECONDSLATER a lady says it’s working. I ask to switch my order and ask the difference in price, and the guy says«don’t worry about it». Turns out the latte was $ 4 and the hot chocolate was $ 2AND still gave me the smallest size

If I were located in the Palm Beach area then Harold’s Coffee Lounge would be my go-to coffee spot. This indie styled café made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in. Customer service was great with whom seemed to be the owner of the shop. His genuine and welcoming nature made me feel as if I were in California again surrounded by all the happy people. Haha I went with a double espresso followed by a kale juice of course to get me re-hydrated. So if you aren’t a fan of coffee don’t fret because they offer a selection of juices ranging from $ 5. Harold’s is also the perfect spot to do some work on the computer along with quality coffee that is top notch. This is definitely a cool local spot within West Palm Beach! «More than coffee, it’s a movement!»

This is by far the best coffee shop I’ve ever been to. They are always super friendly and the owners are amazing people! They have everything from tea to coffee. Their team selection is quite extensive and they are always very knowledgeable about their product. Their ice coffee is the strongest I’ve ever had, its super smooth and slow dripped. Beware if you’re not a caffiene person. The only thing that I can think of for improvement is consistency with the way their beverages are made but it is a small business and I’m sure the employees are artists who differ in the way they prepare a beverage.

Awesome coffee shop. Coke coffee was excellent. Found some unique dark chocolate that was from Columbia and Honduras.

This place is by far the best coffee shop I have been to in South Florida. I stick to the millennial kind of coffee shops, and have been hopping around to various places around the area. They have almost all the alternative milk choices, including soy, almond, coconut, and even cashew(I kinda fell in love with the cashew milk latte). Plus, their espresso and cold brew are fantastic. I really can’t say enough good things about this place. The art is great, the baristas are friendly, there is a bunch of cute outdoor seating, etc. This is exactly what I’m looking for in a coffee place. Too bad I have to go back to Seattle!

Great coffee, nice vibe, sweet baristas. Definitely do one of the most flavorful cold brews I’ve had.

The location of this coffee place really threw me off. The area looked a little run down which isn’t bad, just unexpected. The store had a very unique personal feel to it, an indie feeling! There were cold press drips along the wall which were calming to listen to. The prices in the store were GREAT, the coffees hit about $ 5 at most. They also had a large selection of Chunkie Dunkies and a baked goods selection. They also had kombucha on tap; today’s was a «tricking ginger plum», which was tart but sweet. I had a blue crane tea and my boyfriend had a pour over coffee. The blue crane(a red tea) had an after taste I wasn’t used to but with a bit of agave nectar that taste vanished and the drink was very refreshing. Now the best part about Harold’s coffee had to be the staff. Everyone was chill and extremely helpful giving my boyfriend and I a lot of attention and offering the best recommendation for both of us! The staff and the atmosphere will have me coming again! So excited to try the other blends soon!

Easily the best place in town for coffee. They serve the Intelligentsia bean, which blows any other away. The staff is what I want from a coffee shop. As real as it can get.

Went to check out the Northwood Village area, found this hip coffee house. I ordered a cold brewed iced coffee, was very strong with lots of flavor. The other people in my party ordered large lattes. They are both super picky coffee people and both said it was really good coffee. I liked the ambiance of the place, especially the outdoor seating area. Would be interested to see what their drum circle is like and who attends

I’m a Starbucks drone just because they are everywhere but every time I come here in reminded of what coffee, lattes and macchiatos SHOULD taste like. Most of the time they carry a great variety of nut milks(almond, cashew, hazelnut) big plus for a non milk drinkers. The people who work here also have great and open personalities which is always nice.

Having been able to travel around Palm Beach County for work and to see all different coffee shops Harold’s by far is the best. Most consistent with their espressos and the cold brew is the best around. The staff is amazing all the time and if it’s not made right they don’t have a problem to make it again for you. Owner is awesome and is always wanting to make the shop, employees, and the community better. The art on the wall is always a great feature of Harold’s and most of the pieces are for sale. Bottom line. If you’re looking for the best Harold’s is the place to be.

Make sure you check in and use the offer. The high quality coffee is delicious, the ambience is cool and comfy, and the patio offers a sunny setting. Cool, but not exclusive, it has a definitive neighborhood vibe. There’s a good variety of grab n’ go food to go with your coffee, of both the savory and sweet variety. Coffee accessories will help you take your home brew to a higher level. I really enjoy the feel of this one, and I’ve been back a couple of times now that I’ve discovered it. Went on a Saturday afternoon and a weekday afternoon, and there’s no line and service is quick. Flyers all over for community events at night and on weekends that I haven’t yet checked out. Local art displayed on the walls. Comfy couches and umbrella’d patio tables. This is the perfect coffee shop setting for dining and dashing or sitting and relaxing.

The service was good. Nice outside seating area. There wasn’t that much seating but we went when there weren’t too many other customers. The coffee was decent, not over roasted, but had a strong sour taste. We ordered the macchiato and cold brew coffee.

My daughter is a full-on Anglophile — fully in love with all things British. Her drink of choice — hot tea. Since we were already planning to visit«Relish!» for burgers that night, as a celebratory meal for 6 A’s and a B on her final quarter’s grades at Dreyfoos School of the Arts, I thought it would be a special treat for her if we skipped the usual dessert fare, and took a walk down the street for coffee and tea. The décor inside is very eclectic, with mix and match chairs and tables, sofas and club chairs. The menu is written in chalk on the walls above the prep area, and the back wall is covered with coiled glass containers where they«ice-brew» about 7 flavors of coffee. Although I really wanted to try some, the reality of the current time — 9pm — kept me from trying any drink whose caffiene content was hyper-concentrated. My wife and I stuck with macciatos, and my daughter ordered a hot mint tea. I checked in on Unilocal!from the counter, and was rewarded with a 10% discount from the site. Not bad! My daughter loved her tea, and my wife and I not only slurped at our macchiatos, but grabbed their business card and entered the number into our cellphones, in the hopes that we’d be able to phone in an order for a cup of that«ice brewed coffee» one morning at the start of our respective days. There was a woman with a synthesizer singing jazz music at the front of the café — and the vibe was terribly mellow. I could have stayed there until the place closed that night, for sure, but after nursing our drinks for nearly an hour, we tipped the singer on our way out the door. If you are a Starbuck’s die-hard, this place probably isn’t trendy enough for you. But, if you are a coffee/tea snob like myself, you’ll spin by in the morning on your way in to work, and make up your mind that this place will have to become a regular stop.

I impressed with this smaller quaint place. It is a small customer friendly coffee house. While some customers recommended the plum ginger tea to me, being that not a ginger fan I went with a. wmeral green te. They actually put the fresh herbs in a clear pot and brew it for four minutes. Nothing fast processed or nothing… The people at the counter knew severe customers names. and it also has brochures to send a message that human trafficking is not okay. I will will be a supporter of this place for sure as I can It is a small shop located in the renovated Northwood Village area. It has an outside patio and black and white awning stripes outside. I was about to give the rating 5 stars until they let someone bring in their dog unleashed and it was not a seeing eye dog. I M a dog lover but not in places where the dogs can come up to customers and try to kick them and then they drink their drink here… seriously 2 star subtraction for that… One for not saying anything and two for letting it stay when it is not sanitary. Perhaps another time I can try again but right now I barely want to finish my tea!

Best coffee, best beans, best atmosphere of any coffeeshop I’ve been to in the Palm Beach area. It reminds me of a cool NYC coffeeshop from the lower east side. Simply put: If you’re a fan of coffee and coffeeshops, you’ll love this place.
