One week and no pt. pt never called to set up anything or get doctors orders. I had to call them to find out what was going on twice. No call backs. We terminated them and are getting another company.

Boca Regional set us up with them for home nursing. Yesterday the nurse took a blood reading that the doctor did not believe. He had us go to the ER ($ 150 co-​pay)
Today I called at 9am to ask for nurse before bed delivery at 2. NO CALL BACK from nurse at all by 2:15 despite 3 calls to company and request for a supervisor to call me.
Blood reading should be done early so that doctor can adjust meds.
Intake nurse (assessment nurse) came New Years Day and was wonderful. A tribute to her profession. It’s the follow-​up care from others that is incompetent.
