Had the unfortunate displeasure of dealing with Dilenia Rivas. She told me the number of the best offer, so I upped mine by 5 k. Then the day I was promised a signed contract, she emails me back the price of the newest offer, 5 k more. We are floored. After looking up the legality of this, discovered that was unethical and could be loss or suspension of license. Unless seller agreed in writing on their listing agreement… She has never sold a home before and may have license gone before her first closing. I would have given zero stars if I could. Any attorneys want to represent me?
