Bought $ 1,300 worth of Waterworks Shower diverter. valve and Rain Shower head. After the professional plumber installed the water was barely trickling out of the shower head. He removed it immediatly and I return it to Miller’s for a refund. The Miller’s sales clerk with attitude, said that it has to be returned to Water Works and it’s up to Water Works to refund. I never heard of that. I bought it from Miller’s and returned it to Miller’s not Water Works. After two month no word or refund from Miller’s. I have disputed with my credit card. Be careful what you buy from Miller’s or Water Works, $ 170.00 shower head made in China, JUNK.
