Showroom service and selection are very average. We went with Delta plumbing fixtures and had to replace the bath filler hose, shower valve, and three separate faucets were broken and two additional faucets had pitting on the finish. The mixer cap and hand held hose were both broken, basically every piece of this master bath order had to be fully or partially replaced. The staff consoled me with ‘you have a lifetime warranty it’s no big deal” tho it took repeated phone calls and emails to get the new pieces in. My contractor had to spend so much time, I had to run back and forth to the will-​call window. Do yourself a favor and go to another showroom and DO NOT USE DELTA!

awesome selection– very helpful and friendly staff. Prices were excellent and most items I ordered were in stock. I will be back when I do the rest of my house! I’ve shopped other locally places and Next was the best, by far!
