This is by far the WORSE customer service in palm beach. Staff are arrogant and careless. Waitresses ignored us at all time and rushed us to take the order. Such a shame cause this place has excellent pizzas.

Average pizza. Be ready for a long wait. They operate in an airport and have practically no way to deal with to-go orders… in an AIRPORT. You have to fight your way to the bar to be(in my case) ignored for 15 minutes. Then it will take upwards of 20 – 30 minutes to get your pizza. Just avoid.

Nick’s tomato pies has everything you need. –TV to watch sports –Beer on tap –Bloody Mary, in fact a really good Bloody Mary –Thin crust pizza –Chargers at the bar so you can charge your phone I was on standby for a flight so didn’t have time to order a pizza. You can do take out for the pizza too. I was having a really bad day at the airport(trapped for 7 hours with no flights thanks to the storm) so the strong bloody mary helped. I had it with Smirnoff and it cost $ 10.

I mean it’s not a 5 star restaurant but for an airport pizza and beer they deserve an extra star. The veggie pizza was good and full bar was nice.

Just a head’s up for gluten free travelers — went to concourse B and was told that only the Nick’s concourse C location had gluten free pizza. Very disappointing that they would only offer it in one of their PBL locations. At PBL you are not allowed to enter any concourse but the one you fly out of, so you’re out of luck in B. Just hope that they decide to add it to their B concourse location since that’s the one I’m in and out of every few weeks.

I was flying into West Palm Beach airport and struck up a conversation with my aisle mates. Of course, we talked about food. My new friends said that Nick’s Tomato Pie had the«best» pizza in the area. Superb in crust — Hmmm… On my return trip, I decided to test that tip. I ordered a plain cheese pie and soda. $ 15 with tip seemed fair. The pie, as described, was very thin. It had a decent sauce and a melted covering with mozzarella cheese. For an airport meal, it wasn’t bad and should I ever find myself in the airport looking for a snack, I would definitely eat here. As for best pizza in West Palm Beach? That would be a scary situation! I love pizza too much to know that this was it! Some thoughts: Pizza is more about an attitude than just a food. It takes a special chef to crank out pie after pie with little or no quality variation. FYI — Mario Batali started life making pizza at Stuff Your Face in New Brunswick, NJ! I know, I was a stock holder… Anyway, Nice location, hard working counter people, bottled soda(ensures consistent taste), cocktails and beer available, cooked to order pizza(means a bit of a wait) quality matches price. I would go back…

Late flight out of town for the holiday weekend and had time to stop for quick bite to eat and drink. Grabbed a bag of chips and a hard cider before I noticed the sign that advertised gluten free pizza. Why not. so I gave it a try. I’m not gluten free-but a few family members choose to eat that way, so I’m always on the lookout for a tasty alternative. I’m not a fan of tomato sauce, so I requested just cheese. While the crust wasn’t super crispy(always a prerequisite for me), it was cheesy enough to make up for the lack of crunch. Not being a very big eater, I knew I’d never be able to finish the entire pie. They only sell 1 size, so if you are going solo, be prepared to leave some on the plate, or ask for it to be bagged up, for a snack later in the evening. Just as I reached my limit, another passenger asked the server if they sell single slices. I knew the answer to the question, and offered the gentleman my 2 leftover slices. Right place at the right time for him, and no wasted food for me. Win-win situation.

I recently stopped here on my way to the gate for my flight as I was looking for breakfast. 1st Star — The service was very quick. I ordered their ham, egg and cheese sandwich. I got it about 5 – 8 minutes after ordering it. This was very nice as I was in a hurry. 2nd Star — They ham, egg and cheese sandwich was actually pretty good. The ham was fresh and nicely sliced. The cheese was delicious and the egg was cooked nicely. They also toasted the bagel which was a plus. 3rd Star — Nick’s offers a variety of morning alcoholic beverages. They offered me a Bloody Mary or an Irish Coffee. I don’t know what else you could need in the morning. I did not try either of these items so I cannot put an opinion on their quality or taste. No 4th Star — They did not offer other types of bagels. Everything is served on plain bagels. The plain bagel was tasty but the option of an everything or sesame would have been nice. No 5th Star — There is only bar seating which was fine for me as I was a party of one. However, with a family or a group of people this could be an issue — especially if they are busy. Overall, I would stop here for breakfast again and most definitely if I was in a rush!

This is the first negative review I’ve ever written about a restaurant, and like everyone else, I’ve had my share of bad experiences at restaurants. The bartender that others have mentioned below pushed a double on me when I ordered a Tito’s and soda, not wanting to wait at the gate during a flight delay. I figured why not, especially when she said the double was half price. It started to get crowded and she was doing her fair share of ribbing the clientele, but nothing out of the ordinary. When I finished my drink, she yelled over in my direction«do you guys want another?,» and the man next to me said yes. I was not there with this man and had never seen him before in my life, and the bartender clearly knew that, yet still decided to throw another tito’s and soda in front of me. Not wanting to cause I scene, I decided to just accept it, and ask for my bill to close out. When I got the bill, it said 2 double ketel and sodas. I told her I didn’t order ketel, and she said she confused me with the person next to me, but reassured me that it was fine because Ketel and Tito’s cost the same. I thought that was weirdly sloppy for a bartender to say, but again, I didn’t want to make a scene. So now i’m in the hole for 30 dollars plus tip for two«discounted» double tito and sodas. Again, this seems extremely expensive to me, but I’m not one to make a scene, and hey, it’s the airport, what do you expect, right? I realize I’m to blame for letting this slide, but I left a tip and closed out. When I checked my bank statement later, there was an extra 15.87 dollar charge on top of the 35 dollars that I had closed out on(29 dollars plus tip) for the two Vodka Sodas. It’s taken me over a week and a half and I’m still working on getting this resolved(you have to go through the PBI airport offices). This was either someone elses’ bill or some other extra charge they reserve for someone who doesn’t settle up, which I did. I can only attribute this to the EXTREMELY careless bartender, and i worry that she has cost many customers a lot of money because of her carelessness combined with her abrasive ribbing of anyone who questions her(part of the reason I didn’t complain was that a customer at the other end of the bar inquired about the expensive bill and she humiliated him in front of everyone, making him look like a cheapskate). I’m embarrassed that I even have to post this, but it is meant for a warning if you sit down here — Pay with cash, and pay very close attention to your bill, make it clear that you don’t want another drink, and expect to pay RIDICULOUSLY high prices, despite any«promotions» that are going on.

I travel about twice a month and pass through many airports. This was a pleasant surprise. The pizza was pretty good. I don’t expect the worlds finest foods in an airport but I thoroughly enjoyed my pizza. I’m not going to say it’s the best pizza ever but it was a solid and enjoyable offering. They have decent draft beer choices and offer a truly«big» beer at 34 oz. plus their prices didn’t gouge you like some airports. Nice and easy airport plus nice place to grab a bite and have a beer at a great price point equals a hit in my book. One more positive was that the wait staff were friendly and quick. They were not slammed busy when I was there so it’s easy to be attentive. And they were that and friendly.

I love love love the pizza here! I just wish I can get it elsewhere outside of the airport!!! They told me there were other locations, I noticed one in Jupiter, FL, but they felt the need to explain how the pizza there isn’t like the pizza I loved at the airport. Am I at a loss? Either way, when passing through PBI, definitely stop by for their Classico! I’d dabble some pepperoni on top if that’s an option :)

Decent pizza for airport food. Price was too high for the quality. Crispy crust and the toppings were all really good.

Not bad for airport food — super thin crust. chunky tomato sauce, caramelized cheese. If you love mushrooms, take note: they use fresh ones and order extra!

Good enough airport pizza, strangely(and maybe sadly) not that different than dominos thin crust. Parmesan served in packets, like they do back in Italy. Be warned, your Bloody Mary will be a double whether you order it or not, and when I say double, I mean your pint glass will be ¾ vodka before anything else goes in. Good luck. Over $ 40 for a plain pizza and 2 bloody Mary’s is a bit steep, but then again, our drinks were close to half a bottle of vodka in total…

The absolute worst pizza I have ever had in my life. This pie sits on a cracker thin crust, little to no sauce, with globs of greasy cheese! If you are from the Northeast and actually know a good pizza when you taste one then you know that this is complete garbage. I also noticed that the bartender,(who was a total ditz) would take glasses for soda etc. and scoop the ice directly out of the bins with the glass. If you ever worked a bar or rest. you would know that this should never be done! All it takes is for one glass to break and the whole bin needs to be dumped and cleaned. Lets just say, 13 bucks for this garbage is too much, even for an airport. I had one piece and then tossed the rest. I should have hit the Quizno’s across the way.

Pizza and beer. Not too totally bad for airport food. Looking for a place to plop and have a cold one and catch the Kentucky Derby, I stopped at Nick’s. Initially not all that hungry I saw a few of the smallish pies go by and they all looked and smelled good — so what better advertising do you need right? I ordered a mushroom pie and added onions on it — they make each pretty much to order so it takes a few minutes. There is a compact over /under oven setup right behind the bar and they take the crust, add your toppings and toss it in. You get to sit back with your beer and wait. The pie came out hot and bubbly and there are additional condiments on the bar to decorate to your taste desire. My first bite was very good and before I knew it, I had killed half the damn pie — so I relented and stopped. Since it is in the Southwest terminal, a lot of people were ordering theirs to go since you only get bags of peanuts on the plane — great idea unless you are sitting next to those people — then you realize you are a dope for eating peanuts and not pizza. Definitely worth hitting if in the area.

I cannot believe I am giving an airport bar that serves pizza FIVESTARS. First the bar — friendly people, who seem to like their jobs! 4 or 5 beers on tap– big fat frosted glasses — DONTORDER A LARGETAPBEAR — it’s 32 ounces !!! — full bar of everything else. And the pizza… who would have thunk. It is the kind that they put the pan in one side of the conveyor belt oven and it comes out the other — we didnt expect much. you could order plain or sausage, pepperoni, pepper, onion, mushroom, olive or all of the above. Ordered a ‘special” all of the above minus olives. $ 13.99 for a 10 inch pie. OMG it was delicious. The veggies were FRESH. It was no New York pizza, but it was a tasty airport treat, certainly the tastiest I’ve ever had. FILLED two of us up — my husband forced the last slice down, it was that tasty.
