Orange Blossoms Florals and Event Styling

We hired this company for my wedding in May over 6 months in advance and we are bitterly disappointed. The owner/​designer didnt create any of the work and hadnt even seen what was created before it was handed off to us, leaving it to underlings who had zero concept of what I wanted. I was very specific that the main flower was to be succulents however they only used two (fairly bland) styles on everything. Succulents were actually left out of the bridesmaid bouquets and were hastily added right before the ceremony so they were constantly falling out. The boutonnieres were very small (one tiny sprig) and boring and very lacking in creativity. The worst was my bridal bouquet, it wasnt at all like we had discussed, no draping effect and only 4 small springs of succulent — embarrassing! It looked exactly like the bridesmaid bouquets. They also forgot candles for the tables, they forgot the flower girl baskets, they forgot the ringbearer ornament. I spoke to the owner afterward and she agreed to a partial refund but alas, I never received it. And she stopped responding to my emails. I spent the most money for my wedding on floral and was very saddened at the service we got.

Very disappointing. We had a great consultation and had absolutely no follow-​up on their end. We called and emailed and never received the proposal we were promised. Had our hopes really high only to be let down. We are counting on them and «placed all of our eggs in one basket», now the wedding is right around the corner and we are left scrambling trying to find another vendor.
