I reluctantly switched to this dry cleaner because there is a drycleaner right next-door in the downtown where I live. But I was very concerned about the harsh chemicals in conventional dry cleaning, and even felt my skin itch when I wore newly dry cleaned clothes. Not only do I not feel an itch with Ozo, but I swear the clothes come back in better condition. Usually a dry cleaner beats up the clothes and they get worse over time, sounds familiar? But I swear these clothes look enhanced with every cleaning overtime. They really aren’t any more expensive, and they pick up and drop off. I highly recommend, they are very conscientious too.

This place is fantastic! I’ve been using them for several months and my clothes come back like new. I’m glad I found a place that does an excellent job cleaning my clothes and don’t harm the environment.

Customer beware! I have been doing business at Ozo Cleaners for over six months. I expect to pay extra for ambiance and service but not raped. I realized Afer paying bill that I was overcharged. I mentioned to the staff that I was charged 9.95 each for two shirts and one for 5.95 which I normally pay 2.65 per shirt. Staff acknowledged mistake as I did not have a silk shirt or cashmere reflecting price they charged. Staff informed me that they could not reimburse me as manager was not on premise and was told to come back. I left town and returned two weeks later. Staff told me it was more than 7 to 10 days so they usually don’t reimburse. I asked to speak with Manager who was in the back. Manager was very argumentative and went from saying mistakes happen to justifying the prices due to different fabrics. I have had the shirts dry cleaned many times and never paid more than 2.65 a shirt! Even in Palm Beach! I truly feel that they were trying to play a fast one on and then trying to talk their way out of it. Unless you have money to burn… stay away!

Amazing, the only cleaner that I want to go to. They handle tailoring my clothes and do everything with an attention to detail and care that I appreciate. I’ve also brought a few tough projects to them, they accept the challenge and have done a great job.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I’ll list out why. PROs -#1 pro point is that it’s ecofriendly/green. –Great options for free delivery or location-based. –Management and some employees seem to care about customer satisfaction and service.(When there was a quality issue with the cleaning of one of my items, one of the managers had the item picked back up and recleaned at no cost. Cleaned more thoroughly and carefully, it was better but not perfect. Unfortunately to get it fully cleaned would require disassembling and reassembling the garment by a tailor, which did require more payment.) CONs –Pricey. For example, if a garment has any removable pieces, like a dress with a belt, you will be charged each item separately. Even for dresses that have a very thin belt in the exact same fabric as the main dress, and you say they can go ahead and clean it altogether, they will insist on charging for each item; this adds up. –Shifting timelines for when you get your items back. Sometimes they tell you 4 days later, sometimes 2 days later(and I always drop off in the afternoon). –Sometimes rude front desk staff; I’ve noticed the man/men as rude, and woman/women as nicer. Very strange attitude for a customer facing job.

Was excited for this to open as it’s around the corner from my home. Went a couple of times and did not care for the demeanor of the 30-something year old man who seemed to be the owner, but dismissed the poor impression he made. Went in today to pick up clothes and was surprised by the high price. When I asked him to itemize the cost of the items for me he stated that he had charged me $ 9 to «sew buttons» on my husband’s dress shirt. a) the shirt is brand new & very expensive– it didn’t have any missing or loose buttons 2) who charges $ 9 to «reinforce» buttons w/out asking the customer? 3) when I questioned him about it he got very snarky with me giving me sarcastic remarks like«Ok, well next time we’ll just give you the shirt back w/out buttons» — he repeated this comment 3x. Very unprofessional and immature. Clearly up-charging and got caught. Unethical. I will never go back.
