Contacted Palm Beach Geeks to repair my laptop. The guy, Nick, said that he will take a look at it, but he is out of office, and we agreed to meet at his office at the end of the day. Later he said he can meet only next morning. Next morning he said he had an emergency repair (hasn’t mine been emergency for him?) and he will be able to meet in the afternoon. Later he didn’t even reply.
Sounded professional on the phone, but as a result wasted me two days and made me go to his office, but wasn’t there. And My laptop still needs repair.
Do not recommend.
