I also bought eight sessions for laser lower legs. It took two months to get in then I was only in there 10 minutes (the person I spoke to on the phone just told me it takes 20 to 30). Then they informed me they are booked until June! At this rate it will take a year. I recall that I tipped very well so it can not be that. I think they do not like us ‘groupon groupies’. I have requested a refund so I can go elsewhere.

I scheduled an initial consultation appointment over the phone, when I showed up the next day at the exact date & time of my appointment the office was closed with a lock on the door. I called their office twice and got an answering machine (go figure).
Unacceptable, unprofessional, unforgivable.

I bought the Groupon 7– treatment package for full leg hair removal. The technicians were very nice, but for 5 out of the 7 visits I had to wait at least 30 minutes past my appointment time. One time they were 45 minutes behind schedule.
But, the most disappointing thing is that the treatments did not work for me. I still have to shave my legs. I don’t even think the hair was reduced. So for me it was a waste of $ 299 and many hours of time.

Wow… I just ran an image match search on some of the testimonials they use on their website — they are stock images you can purchase. No note anywhere saying that they aren’t pictures of the actual customers. If you Google/​LinkedIn/​Facebook the names, none of the names come up with the faces or even people in FL.
Also if you look at the reviews of this place on a popular search engine, they are very fishy (my earlier «formula» intuition may have been right) — at least 4 of the reviewers all reviewed the exact same law group and vacation company in HI as well as this laser center.
I am scared about this place. If they do a good job, I guess I can turn a blind eye to «misrepresentative» advertising practices… if the customer service is better in person too. But it doesn’t leave me with a good feeling if anything goes wrong — and certainly doesn’t make me feel like they are trustworthy. Just my personal opinion. *sigh* Still some time to go until my appointment, fingers crossed.

Tried calling back and someone actually answered this time and was able to book me. When I went in for my appointment the ladies were very helpful and nice.
