Absolute BEST experience I have had in a nail salon. The environment was very clean, and calming, it did not smell like strong chemicals and it was not loud or noisy. Had a very relaxing experience; if going to get your nails done is the only time off you have, this is the place to come lay back. They had a TV right in front of the nails chairs too.
Ask for Coby, he was very detailed in painting my nails, and I didn’t feel like he was rushing to get me out of the door; truly showed me that he cared about giving me a good service. After having a terrible experience at some other salon I feel so happy that this experience was the total opposite! THANK YOU! Totally coming back!

Decent– nothing special or crazy. It’s just mediocre work in my opinion. I left with my feet still dry. Which is why I came in in the first place. Eh. Other than their work the people are nice.

First time there an never again will I return. I don’t know what everyone is saying great price for, the prices are outrageous 70 $ for pink & white full set and pedi. any other place you wouldn’t even break 45 $ on top of it my nails were crooked, way to short and none of the lengths matched. All my fingers have been burning all day from the nails and my cuticles are burnt from the nail filer I cant even use my finger they hurt so bad so here I am the day I got my nails done having to remove my nails from discomfort. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY ON THIS PLACE! the customer service there is garbage they dont speak to you or care about their customers. I WILL NOT RETURN!

I got a pedicure. The massage chair seemed old, therefore the massage wasn’t top quality. However, I was immediately attended to, since I went midday on a Monday. The pedicure wasn’t too expensive. Only $ 20. I wanted something better. I wasn’t really WOWed by them. Just a regular pedi. I needed her to work on the side of my foot, since I have a callous. She either A) didn’t understand or B) didn’t do her job because I really didn’t see a significant diff.

My husband and I were on vacation, looking for a pedicure we could enjoy together. PB Perfection was wonderful. We felt we had truly been pampered and relaxed after our experience here!

Clean, organized salon with professional staff. I only had a pedicure, but she really took her time and gave a great leg and foot massage. She also offered me some water when I sat down. The salon has a huge Essie and OPI product selection to choose from, which is a great bonus. They ask that the tip be in cash. My tech spoke Spanish as well as another tech who was there, if anyone else prefers speaking Spanish. Excellent pedicure. Very pleased. They’ve made a repeat customer out of me.

I love this place. Today I was in a hurry and they made it happen without compromising quality. Everyone is friendly and professional, very clean and relaxing. Prices are reasonable. Great find.

As you enter the salon you can see how clean and organized it is! Staff is friendly and very effective. Great pedicure. I will def go back

Never again! I have been going here since they opened and it saddens me to know that I will no longer be a customer. But, my last 4 experiences were HORRIBLE. First, a staff person botched my eye brow — and refused to acknowledge she made a mistake. On a subsequent visit, my pedicure chair did not work. No one seemed particularly concerned or accommodating — not even an offer to move me to one of several open chairs. During a third visit, they charged me MORE for my boyfriend’s pedicure than they did for mine. When I asked why, there was no real answer — just we charge more for me (this isn’t stated on their service menu and makes absolutely no sense). Yesterday was the last straw — they burned and bruised my eye lid during an eye brow wax. I understand that mistakes happen — but this is too much. And, the lack of concern or customer service means they will no longer be getting my business. A SHAME!

I recently moved a little south to West Palm Beach and needed to find a new nail salon for eye brow waxing and mani’s and pedi’s. I drove down dixie highway and located this nail salon. It looks a bit rundown from the outside so I was a little leery about going inside. However, upon walking inside, the salon looks welcoming and clean. I was greeted immediately and was taken care of within 20 minutes of arriving. $ 8 for an eye brow wax and $ 30 for a mani/​pedi. The quality of my eye brow wax was a 7 out of 10 and my mani/​pedi was an 9 out of 10. I will be returning to this salon as it is close to home and they perform quality work at a reasonable price. There were only 3 employees working on a Friday when i visited the salon therefore, I would suggest calling in advance for an apt.
