Pool Tek of the Palm Beaches

Our experience was not as good as the last review. The issue we are having is with our finish. There are areas of rough spots in the plaster, and frankly I find it unacceptable! I did contact Frank on his cell phone regarding this issue though he has not gotten back to me. Our pool redo was completed in mid April 2013 and the plaster finish issue was reported to Frank on three separate occasions, immediately following completion we noticed rough, raised areas. I took pictures and sent them to Frank. I did have ta man named Mark come out and look at it but nothing was done to fix it.
I would not reccomend this company.
Pool Tek contacted us and finally came out to fix our pool. I believe my prior review helped. I am now completely satisfied with the job! Thank you pool Tek! I’m sorry that It had to go to this extreme but the finished product is great. A special thanks to Scott and Lisa!

the best. we recently had our pool completly redone with a natural stone surface, tile and liner. from the time we met frank discussing the project up untl the final completion this company is first class. lisa in the office is always helpful and will do whatever it takes to satisfy the customer. florida is a difficult lcoation to find quality company’s that are passionate about there work and care about the customer needs. all i can say that i would recomend pool tek to anyone who wants a perfect well done project and will do it with a smile. bravo to pool tek.
