I needed mid century modern and was looking for Wormley, Rohde, Dan Johnson, with not much luck. I found many pieces in WPB, but «trendy» and
«Cool» meant that the stores were use to catering to the carriage trade coming from the island, and my budget was not theirs. I found this store and quickly realized that the pieces were professionally restored, and this LOWERED the price for items that I wanted and could afford. The owner is an artist, and like all artists he is focused on his work and not on sales. You need to know what you are looking for, but his wife (Linda) is very much a people person and delightful to speak with. I have purchased items for my home an also my business, and the quality is only exceeded by the value.

I used a top level designer who is a member of the ASID who found this spot and was completely mesmerized by the items displayed and the special finnish applied by the owner. The furniture has a unique look which she did not see anywhere in her vast design travels. Accolades for a incredible job that was completed. I am sure anyone going to the design center will enjoy the items available.

I give this place one star because Unilocal doesn’t allow zero. These people are interested in only one thing — selling. That means no customer service, no fairness, no honesty — you get the picture. They do not stand behind their product even if they sell you something that turns out to be broken, and they aren’t even polite in their refusal to stand behind their product. Beware!
