This is a Marriott. If you have stayed in an Extended Stay America before, rest assured that this place is so much nicer than those. It is a newer facility. The front desk staff(Justine) was incredibly helpful. Justine took time to review a map of the area and recommend places to visit. An employee named Jean saw me struggling in the parking lot with my luggage cart and he ran out to help me. The staff is fantastic! The furniture in the lobby has a 70’s retro look but it is all new. I stayed in a one bedroom studio that was really nice and updated. The studio room was very large! We had a large L shaped couch, coffee table, large TV, work desk, glass mirrored closets, large vanity/bathroom area, plenty of lighting and lamps with an electrical outlet built into the base. The bed was comfortable and I had a plethora of pillows. The kitchen area was perfect: Small table for 2, full size stainless steel refrigerator, nice granite kitchen counter tops with a small stove burner built into the granite, sink, microwave, dishwasher, ALL dishwear provided free of charge~~plates, cups, utensils etc. They even provide you a small bottle of dish soap and dish detergent to get you started. There is a free continental breakfast every morning. They sell single beers at the front desk«Market». Nice pool and patio area with gas grill to sit in. There’s a small fitness center and one computer with printer in the business center and free wifi. We had to stay here for a week after our housing move in date was unexpectedly pushed back and I was pleasantly surprised! I would not mind staying here on a long term basis for work.

Older facilities but they make up for that by being an outstanding staff. The people here made our stay the best. The maid was attentive to our needs and schedule, the desk clerks helped with every request, and the pool and basketball courts were great for our kids. Loved our stay!

Totally fine if you plan on spending limited time at the hotel. My family and I enjoyed the hot breakfast options, but outside of that, doesn’t offer much. If you are looking to spend a lot of time at the hotel, look elsewhere. With that said, reasonably priced. Could be cleaner, but not too bad. If you are in town and busy doing other things, this will likely work for you.

We travel extended periods… we stayed here for over a month. Perfect choice for long stays. Mini kitchen… roomy…very pleasant staff who bend over backwards for their guests! Plus Mon and Tues they feed ya too! And Wed a food truck comes… is such a nice break from having to eat out every day!(Also breakfast every morning) Will definately stay in these types of extended stays for EVERY work related extended trip. Thanks to Gail and the entire staff!!!

This was my first time staying at this residence inn I can honestly say this has become one of my favorite hotel chains(Marriott). This one is nicer than both Tampa and Jacksonville. It is only about a ten minute ride to both downtown palm beach and city place. The room was spacious and we’ll maintained. Free wifi and continental breakfast is offered. Basketball, tennis courts, pool and jacuzzi. I will definitely return on my next trip to west palm.

Over the past three years I’ve stayed at this establishment more than I’ve stayed at home. Even with all the other choices in the direct vicinity I still choose to stay here. The staff is so super helpful even down to small menial tasks. Stuff that any other hotel would turn the other way and use the excuse oh we don’t do that here or I’m sorry we don’t offer that service. This place will help with almost anything including discounts to local venues, ice for ice chests for events that aren’t even hotel related(which seems dumb but most hotels won’t do it). And the managerial staff is parallel to none above and beyond all expectations. Thank you Dan Patino Gmail Smith and your entire staff!!!

This particular property is on the lower end compared to other Residence Inns that I have stayed at. Overall, the hotel is dated. The construction and room furnishings need a facelift. I stayed in a Studio Suite… which was still nice. The room and property we’re clean and the desk staff was extremely professional and helpful. Just before I left, I received notification that the boiler was being replaced, which suggests they are making upgrades. Breakfast was standard compared to other Marriotts. Ultimately, I would probably stay here again.

My room is fine not sure about the bad reviews. No bad smells. Bed is comfortable, smooth linens, feather or synthetic pillows. Bathtub and toilet is separate room from vanity. Noise level was quiet. Breakfast was not as good as some other hotels, scrambled eggs, sausage. Three cereals, yogurts. So certainly enough, just not stellar. Staff was hit or miss on friendliness, but I’m not so concerned about that. Not fantastic, but not awful.

This stay is our second at this hotel. On our last visit(March 2010), we sent a letter complaining about the beds and they seem to have improved that aspect. For the money, it’s an okay place to stay. You can’t get a studio suite for this price anywhere else in this area. The staff are friendly and try hard. You will encounter snafus — this visit, we had TV reception problems, no-hot-water problem, key didn’t work problem — but the friendly staff and relatively cheap price make up for them. Here’s a weird detail about this hotel. When you turn on the TV, it comes on very loud and tuned to Fox News. Odd. Most places have a «welcome» channel.

I don’t know what bed pads they use but they are horrible. It feels like I am sleeping on sheet balls up underneath the sheets. I am not sure who updates the Platinum list by the counter. My name was never added. The furniture inside the room looks like it been there for a while. Only thing upgraded is the TVs. I was missing a microwave. Maintenance came and brought me one the next day and left the door open. I am so glad nothing go stolen. They put me next to a room with a barking dog. I know you are pet friendly but I was awaken the last two night. Take care of your customer and don’t put them next to a dog kennel. It may have been a better choose to go with the Spring Hill Suites. Even though they don’t have free breakfast.

Run down and tired, it’s saving grace is it’s outstanding staff. It needs investment, tlc and complete renovation. The staff, sweet and attentive as they come. The hotel? Demolish and rebuild, or simply demolish.

Fabulous! I got some hatemail from someone who just did a bad job pretending they are not a manager there. You know it is easier to fix the problems. Right?

Is this the nicest hotel we have stayed in, well no. As I am still in my room I thought after two visits I should share my experience. All of the rooms here are suites, with a full kitchen, sitting area, desk, nice sized bathroom and very comfortable and clean. The beds are very comfy, with nice duvet covers, and good quality soft sheets. This trip we are on the second level. The first level does have a very bad smell, basically it is covered up with a citrusy spray but it just smells like they need to replace the carpets in the hallways, mold or mildew possibly. The pool area is very nice, the lobby is a bit small but clean with a small grocery section for all your needs. They offer grocery service for guest. Every night they offer some kind of free event. We have a calendar that will show everyday what they offer. They had BBQ last night with beer, some nights are wing nights, or managers nights with a toast and spaghetti and meatballs or other food. I think this is a very nice idea. They have breakfast free of charge every morning with eggs, sausage, toast, cereal, waffles, milk, coffee, and juices. This is typically for people that stay a week or longer. You just feel like you are in a studio apartment with so much available to you. The first visit we did open up a kitchen bottom cabinet to find a trash can full of garbage. We did email them after we left to tell them about our experience. Hey, it happens as I am sure the maid forgot, no biggie. This time around, as we will be spending many nights here I am more and more impressed with this place. The Customer Service is excellent on every level. Now hopefully they will continue doing a great job to make our visits enjoyable. We look forward to our next visits, and hopefully this four star review will remain. Marriott hoels IMO are awesome.
