I am moving out of my apartment soon and decided to get the carpets cleaned to get my full deposit back. I called Rototech Carpet & Tile Cleaning to receive a quote on how much it would cost to do my apartment. Leo, who is the owner of the business, was very polite and knowledgeable about not only my carpets but the best way to treat my carpet. I had no clue carpets were so complicated. I would do business with Rototech again knowing that he treated fairly and discussed all the options of how to achieve the best results. Thanks again Leo for your great customer service.
