Well no wonder… Should have done my research as Shoes For Crews is «sporting’ a TWOSTARRATING… Bought two pairs of shoes one size 10.5 one 11. The one pair still holding up for kitchen work,(for the time being!) the other pair failed in less than 4 months! Returns my arse… They want you to return the shoe and sent a label, but then employee has to wear a non slip shoe in the kitchen in the mean time. Then they said just buy a new pair and then return the defective ones… CRAP…not only am I out of time spent with back and forth emails and tele calls but I have to out of pocket AGAIN for shoes that suck and wait on my money to be refunded… Never again!!!

I have been buying this particular shoe for a few years now, and I have not been disappointed. I wear them in winter because it keeps my feet warm. I also wear them for long walks in place of the tennis shoes. They are very very comfortable!!! They are also slip resistant which came in handy in Europe, Brussels Belgium, with many cobble stones.

The Isabella — I have been wearing this style for 4 years now. I’ve tried other shoes, but none have come close to this. It is the only shoe I wear for work. I am on my feet for 9 hours a day, but my feet don’t know that for they feel great! The shoe is ultra comfortable and looks stylish too.

Shoes for Crews has terrible customer service! They charge a restock fee if their product doesn’t suit you. Very upset since it’s an online company refunds should be free! DONTBUY Shoes aren’t the best quality and It has taken so long and I still haven’t been refunded my money for the shoes I returned more than 2 weeks ago! update: 08/20/2015, I absolutely thought it was unfair that I wouldn’t be refunded my purchase price! I spent $ 65+ on the shoes for them not to fit. The ankle hole was so small a child would be the only one to fit in them. I called company back, told them I wanted a full refund, because A: I never used the damn shoe, and B: they are an online company and the shoe return policy should be free. I’ll never purchase again. They«noted on the account that they would wave the restocking fee as a one time thing». I’m complacent with that, but upset because it takes them minutes to get their money and it takes me more than 2 weeks to get mine. 08/28/2015 Update patiently waiting for my refund. I was able to get help off their page on Facebook.

Shoes for crews in my opinion has THEBEST slip resistant shoes in the business. I have tried 3 other brands and have used their shoes in the Food and Beverage industry over various jobs for the past 13 years and have had no issues. Their shoes are quality and last long. For workers on their feet for 8 hrs+ this brand is the shoe you need for comfort and safety. I have ordered through my company(using payroll deduction) and from home and have not had any issues with shipping or returns. I am in Hawaii and usually come across an issue in almost every company when it comes to shipping, and thus for have not with SFC.

In my opinion Shoes for Crews is the best choice for non slippery shoes, I am in the hospitality industry(hotels and restaurants) for over 30 years, I had been purchasing this brand for the last 10 years and I had been a satisfied customer ever since, my only suggestion is to choose a different delivery company or to open stores to go directly on site

The size their online store recommended in a different shoe ended up being too narrow when, they said it ran wide and it was too short. Beware, I was only refunded $ 31 on a $ 46 shoe. They charge you for trying it on and returning it. I will never order from Shoes for Crews again.

Terrible fulfillment practices. I ordered on the 30th of July and might get my shoes on the 26th of August. 4 calls into customer service. Decent shoes but don’t bother if you need them in under a month.

Worst shoes I have ever bought. Quality is absolute dreck. Sizing is off — order ½ size larger. Comfort? Blisters, aching feet, arch cramps. Sure you can send them back. This is my 3rd pair. I don’t think exchanging is going to help. Unless I can exchange them for QUALITY shoes. Redwings, anyone?

This shoes brand are the best. I am a bartender in LA in the busy night it work great !! but lately the wear house fucking everything up… When u order it make sure u not in a rush… it might take up to 6 months to get u the right shoes. It take me 4 months of waiting for a cowboy style, and when it ship out they ship me a wrong size then week later they find out that It have never been shipping out due to ticket error… Not sure how they managing. good shoes but if customer has bad experience eventually the company will collapse … Sad but soon it will proof

This company doesn’t actually physically sell shoes in West Palm. Despite having 2 corporate offices they just keep asking me to drive to Orlando to actually buy anything. Complete waste of time. And NO I do not wish to buy my shoes online, I would gladly pay an extra $ 20 to ‘feel’ how shoes fit in a store before I buy them.

Shoes don’t last they rip in less than 3 months. Some shoes will go big looking like a frog. Costumer service sucks as well as the supervisor they click on me when I asked for their name and complain number.

I returned a pair of shoes to Shoes for Crews. They advertise«Free exchanges, EZ Returns» «60 Day Wear and Compare Guarantee». Their advertising is misleading. They don’t refund the whole price. They subtract a $ 6.95 restocking fee. So out of a $ 41.96 bill, they refunded only $ 28.03. A restocking fee for a pair of shoes? Really? I went up the chain of command and complained until I got my restocking fee returned. I suggest you do the same. I won’t buy from them again.

Buyers beware! If you are not a company of more than 200 employees, absolutely NONE of the special offers or discounts apply, even if you have a key code! This company is under new management or something. I am the HR manager of a wholesale operation, and I order these shoes as a benefit for 60 or so warehouse workers and delivery drivers who use them day in and day out. We have been using them for a few years, but lately here are some of the changes we have experienced: Like James B. said, their shoes now wear out VERY quickly, and need to be replaced about once every four months. One driver with a pair from a couple years ago is still using that same pair on a daily basis. Seems like they have switched to poorer quality footwear. Also, I found out only AFTER ordering that they only issue discounts and specials to you if you either 1/purchase $ 1000 or more worth of their products, or 2/have more than 200 employees. My employee had ordered, expecting a 10% discount and a free duffle bag. We got neither the discount nor the free bag. Which makes it a complete waste of time to sign up for their services as a small business, since all the«discounts» and«specials» listed in the catalog they send you are completely worthless. They are only there to fool you into thinking that you will get a discount. Good points: The delivery time is actually quite good, and they deliver within a week or so. However, if you find something wrong or the shoe doesn’t fit and you send it back, expect to wait at least three times as long. Needless to say, we will not be using this company again.

I’ve been using this product since 1998 have been pleased until the last several years. The quality is much less than in the beginning. The fabric covering the insoles do not last more than six months and the shoes strings are cheap. They break after a short time. I called to alert the company about my experiences and they finally sent me another pair of shoes strings that were just as defective as the first pair. They refused to send an insole replacement. I’m looking for a shoe company with better quality, customer service, and made in the good old USA.
