Hands down, this is probably the best phone carrier location I ever been to. Staff are professional, and staff are friendly/​helpful. And then on top of that they play music in the background so you don’t get bored while using/​testing phones, waiting in line or waiting for the next specialist agent to help you.
Every phone carrier service should be like them.

I had the Walmart plan and just bought a simcard so I wouldn’t need a new phone. There were problems untill they adjusted something in the phone so it would except T-​Mobile

Don’t go if you are a corporate user. They know nothing at all. I just wanted some sim cards for my account and they wanted to charge me $ 20 for each one. I got no help from the manager. They are normally free with a corporate account.
