Went for lunch, restaurant was empty. Waitress is clueless, new owner is rude. Long wait for food, finally got my order after the rest of my family was done eating theirs. Fries were cold. Flies buzzing around and we were eating inside. Dirty. Bathrooms located outside like a gas station.

Was taken aback by the customer service. Tried to use my Groupon which clearly states 4 people. Waitress insisting it says 4 adults even after I showed her my Groupon on paper and on my iPhone and said she needs to call the owner. Thinking the owner would help. I was wrong. Lol. He started arguing with us saying Groupon was wrong. Even after I said we will order extra and pay for he extra? We felt like we were on a reality show and couldn’t believe how the owner treated us.

First time ever sending food back at this location, and first time ever leaving without having ate dinner. Our food was not what we ordered and we always order the same thing. I always order the buffalo chicken wrap which is fried chicken breasts covered in hot buffalo sauce with melted blue cheese crumbles, green sauce, shredded lettuce, red onion. What did I get? I got a dinky dried-​out grilled chicken with tons of lettuce and tomato. Yeah no. I don’t eat a lot of meat and when I do, it’s always grilled chicken I make so when I go to Teddy’s I want what I usually order — my cheat meal. Not some dried out crap I can myself.
Either they fired the chef or they ONCE AGAIN changed their menu.
Either way, Get it together Teddy’s :/

Ive been really craving a burger from teddy so I decided to go visit! turns out they were closed for quite sometime. Unfortunately new management. I heard they reopened recently and went to go see them. When we got there it was unusually empty customer wise i figured it was because they just reopened.
Sat down at the patio and waited 3 minutes when a staff member comes up and tells us, «we do things differently now you have to order inside.» I said okay sure strange but no doubt I’m cool with that. Look at the menu and everything has changed the prices, the food, the specials. Unfortunately this is not the same teddy’s wing shack i came to love. We saw some wings come out really burnt and just requested a to go menu and left.
What made Teddy’s well Teddy’s is gone… sorry guys.

Not impressed went here during noon. First time and last here. Ordered a couple beers, fried shrimp and waffle fries. Shrimp was greasy and fries tasted like oil hadn’t been changed for awhile. Customer service wasn’t good either. Place was empty. And not very clean. It was a nice place to look at tho.

There wings are great Im not gonna lie a few times we needed to ask for them to add more sauce the blue cheese is great the house sauce is one of my favorites personally the cheese burgers are pretty good I recently tried the monzerella sticks those were good and I adore the waffle fries I had a few friends say the potato fries are good but I dislike potato fries the beer had some difficulties but the bathrooms need some work the bathrooms are outside also they arent that clean customer service some of the ladies there are very lazy or eithier not professional at all ive seen a lady there sit on a customers lap not appropriate at all but some staff are nice and caring

First time here I had the hot wings with waffle fries combos, hubs had the prime rib and a pitcher of beer. My wings were hot and delicious my hubs prime rib was so tender you could cut it with a butter knife. Service was fantastic, we’ll definitely be coming back.

Go here for wings and fries, that’s it. The service at times can get a little disappointing but the amazing flavor of their wings will make up for it. Again, I only come here when I want wing, I would say best wings in palm beach.

Excellent chicken wings and their signature «house sauce» is the best! I have family that comes to visit and every time they leave they take the wings and sauce home with them to jacksonville… great job!

This place changed hands a few years ago and has really gone down-​hill since then. They quit serving their ribs, which were amazing. Then their wings became crappy. They used to have the best wings in town! We don’t even bother eating there anymore.

im rating this restaurant a 2 star because I thought the service was pretty good, prices reasonable and portion sizes were good. I thought the wing flavors were a decent selection but they tasted horrible. I tried the garlic parmesan, teriyaki & Cajun. a friend had honey garlic & raspberry. she liked the taste of her wings and I thought the garlic honey was ok. my friend couldn’t make it out of the restaurant with out having to use the restroom the food went right through her that fast. my stomach was messing up all night. never again will I eat at this restaurant.

Wings (it’s hard to mess up Grilled Honey Garlic, unless it’s mainly oil!) — I had to wipe the wings off to eat them and the sauce flavor?-gross
Price– meh, a bit high unless the wings are really good
Weird thing:
When I left, a waitress, who may have been a supervisor or manager, said goodbye, but instead of looking at me and smiling, she was craning her neck looking back at my place at the bar. Not sure why. Checking the tip maybe? Weird way to say bye though!
Warning! gross part coming up!!!
…90 minutes later… gave me the runs.

Extremely rude management and service (server name Leah /​the female manager didn’t introduce themselves — again, poor service). They would rather lose business than fix an order. It’s a shame, because the wings aren’t half bad. Other food on the menu is terrible. Won’t be going back or recommending it ever.

This place is so good. Way better than expected. The Hamburger meat is never frozen and the sweet potato fries are great. I dont like fish but i have friends who love the fish here. The Dry Rub Cajun wings are
a special treat.
I’ve eaten with at least 6 – 7 friends and no one ever complained about anything.
Mary can take an order for 4 without writing anything down and she WILL get everything right!

Fantastic wings! (With over 20 sauces to choose from!)
Small casual wing place, With a large covered tropical patio. You will feel like you are in Key West! I had the Cajun burger and it was excellent.
Nightly specials except on the weekends. Tuesday is buy any dinner get the second one free!
