I use this UPS store weekly. They are the most helpful staff I’ve experienced. They are friendly. Today I worked with Devony. She makes you feel at home when you open the door. She genuinely smiles at all the customers. I would hire her today. She goes out of her way to make your experience enjoyable. I met her Manager today, also. Also very helpful.
The USPS, on the CONTRARY, has been marked off of my list because they want you to feel just as miserable as they are.
The US postal service received one star because it would not let me leave zero stars.
I give UPS store 5 Stars!
