Prompt, efficient and courteous service with a fair price too. I live out of state and own a rental. Of course the tenant calls at 10:00 am on Friday morning and said the air isn’t working! I called Kevin at Thresher Cooling and he went right over and replaced the blower fan. He had it repaired within a very short time. I have an older unit so I’ve used Thresher twice before and am impressed with their fast, efficient service. I highly recommend them because they do a great job for a fair price and I can count on them since I live out of state. There’s nothing worse than when the AC goes out and the tenants have to wait a long time for service, so it’s great to know a repairman that will come quickly and actually fix it properly.

Kevin Lanouette is extremely skilled, very honest, very compassionate, kind and hard working professional. The best A/​C service that we ever had. Never leaves any mess after his work. Great service plan for a fair price. We can leave this professional at our home when we are at work and always great jobs done. Several years ago our friend lost a job. Kevin spent 4 hours of his time to find the leak in the back coil and sealed it to save our friend a lot of money. Kevin has a heart of gold. That is why when he started his business all of us became his clients.

I met this guy at bowling, he was on the the team we were playing against. I saw the shirt he was wearing was an a/​c company. I’ve been thinking about having a check up done on my unit before it gets very hot. He told me it’s his company and that he just opened. His name is kevin by the way. So after we beat his team two out of the three games lol. I asked him what he would charge to check my unit over?
He said nothing to just look at. But if it’s been awhile since it has had anything done I should have a total maintenance done. That would be around $ 65.00. That sounds fair to me and had him come over the next day.
He showed right on time. That’s the first time an a/​c guy has ever done that before. I told him that it seems to run more often then before. So he went to work and I made coffee. Kevin said it was a mess but he got it all cleaned up. He add some gas cause was low. I was thinking great the bill just went up. He handed me the bill only $ 65.00. This is now my a/​c guy.
He is an honest guy, that does a great job and shows up when he says he will.
