Will meet or exceed your expectations. Café con leche is a must-have. Be adventurous — get a box of savory and sweet pastries to discover what you like. Try not to mistake language or cultural differences for«rudeness,» and you will love this local gem I have patronized for over 25 years! Thank you.

Best Café con Leche I’ve ever had. All the pastries and food are fresh, fresh, fresh. The ladies who work behind the counter are great and super helpful. Highly recommend everything from Tulipan.

Wonderful and creative. Bought a few pastries of which one looked like an igloo. It was delicious. Staff could be a little nicer.

Strong coffee, decent empanadas, good croquetas. We don’t have as many choices as in Miami here in WPB, so Tulipan is a place to go when craving some cuban food. Very good prices by the way.

The last time I come to this place. I admit their Cuban sandwich is pretty good but their customer service is terrible. The staff is very miserable. I called them to order and they just hung up after I placed the order. No «bye» no «we’ll see you soon». Very unprofessional. And that’s not the worst part. As I was picking up my order I noticed a roach by the back wall. Then I found a roach trap so the staff is obviously aware they have roaches. Just an awful place. Never again.

I love this place because it’s authentic and tasty. But the staff is so rude and horrible, that it makes me not want to come here. Why put up with their bs when you can go to 50 other Cuban bakeries and not deal with rude people.

We got off a cruise and wanted Cuban coffee but didn’t have time to stop at a restaurant. This place is about 20 minutes from the port and on the way to Miami. The best Cuban breakfast sandwich and coffee!

Decent, used to be much better. The deserts are good, especially the guava y queso empanadas! Orange juice is great, the café’s are good but they will put way to much sugar in it, so be sure to ask for no sugar, unless you like the syrup taste. The Cuban sandwiches are absolutely a joke.

Repeat customer. Really authentic Latin bakery. «Regular»(wheat) empanadas are way better than the«Colombian»(corn) empanadas. The guava and cheese pastry is a must get. The orange juice can be hit and miss, but that’s because that’s just how natural oranges are like, some are sweet and some are sour. So it depends on the batch that they have. Also they add ice if you ask for it. I love their steak and potato stix sandwich, it comes with onions so it all mixes very well. The sandwiches are pretty big too so you could probably make it into two meals. I didn’t like the chicken milanesa sandwich. A lot of their baked goods are amazing, especially if you like dulce de leche. I also ordered one of their birthday cakes and it was pretty solid. Overall, I would very much recommend Tulipan.

I had a Cuban sandwich craving today and decided to check out a few Unilocal reviews to decide on a new spot to try. Tulipan Bakery & Café had received good reviews about their Cuban’s so I stopped by on my lunch break this afternoon. I expected the establishment to be a lot busier given the time of day but I only had a few people ordering coffee in front of me when I arrived. I waited for about ten minutes before I received my food and it was definitely everything I expected it to be. The bread was pressed to perfection and the flavors in the meats were fantastic. I would surely refer this establishment to friends and family and I plan on returning.

While working out of West Palm Beach, Tulipan was recommended to me for their warm bread and coffee type drinks! One of my favorite things about WPB is the diversity of all of the ethnic food options. Tulipan is mostly Latin inspired and have the flavors to support it. Would recommend checking it out. Parking can be a bit tricky, come in on the side off of Belvedere to give yourself some time to get situated into a parking spot.

This place serves the best café con leche I’ve had north of Miami-Dade! The service is always prompt & cordial. Their vast assortment of pastries has me salivating at each visit. This place is a gem.

Do you like empanadas? Cuban coffee? Your espresso just so? Then you want to come here for breakfast, to Tulipan. You’ll get all that at a great price. Highly recommend the ham croquette and the spinach empanada. Anything they serve with guava in it will be great. Sadly did not have an opportunity to try much more. Disclaimer is that your coffee will come in Styrofoam. Personally I thoroughly enjoy coffee from a real container(and I also hate the waste that comes with Styrofoam) but I think I understand where they’re coming from. It’s cheap, and it’s delicious. I would gladly pay a slightly higher price for actual dishware. It’s a minor thing, and still I’d recommend — if you’re in the area, definitely try to swing by. It is #1 on my list the next time I’m there.

This place is amazing!!! I mean like the best place ever, with the best baked goods, but they also make«real» food, like chicken and veggies. so if you are around near lunch time don’t be shy to stop in and get whatever they are offering because I promise you it will be amazing!!!

I love their guava & cheese pastry. Don’t care for the others. Service as others stated. The fresh squeezed OJ was a waste as I imagined she would juice fresh for me as they have the juicing machine. It was not good and no pulp and it was already juiced in a warm container.

Let’s get something straight– the food is delicious and authentic(I’m cuban so I know what’s up), but the staff isn’t there to make friends with customers. Yes they do make you feel rushed but it’s mainly because of the layout of the bakery. No organized lines inside and I hope you got there in a bike or hovercraft because if you came in a car, it’s going to take awhile to park and then leave in that doll house size of a parking lot. Either way, you’ll be glad you came.

I love the café con leche! I’m Caucasian and have never felt like the staff is unfriendly. I used to work at a school down the street and would stop here whenever I could. I am not a big fan of pastries so I can’t comment on them. I like the viligantes too, like another reviewer said. They are my favorite. They have these breakfast sandwiches that are hit or miss. I actually get the little pre-made ones because they tend to be more consistently the same. They are in a glass cake holder on the counter. They also have excellent fresh oj and they used to have lunch specials that were some kind of meat with rice, beans, and plantains but I am not sure they do that anymore. It’s always busy so be patient and ready to wait.

2 stars for customer service ! Ladies who work there are very uninvited unless you are a LATINO. Every time I go there and dont speak their language, forget about it. Its USA here, not Guatemala !

This is my absolute favorite place for a quick lunch and a great coffee. Their chicken empanadas are AMAZING and the café con leche is always great. Aside from the standard pastries and sandwiches they offer daily lunch specials that are usually under $ 6 which is nice if you are looking for something a little more substantial. The roasted pork with yuca & black beans & rice was great!
