I was making returns yesterday to this store for 4 items I purchased online. This blonde girl(she wore this khaki colored jumpsuit/dress) who I’m guessing was sort of a manager was a piece of work. The young man behind the counter needed her for my returns. She was dismissive and rude when i asked why one of the item I was returning was not under my name and obviously not my credit card. It was back ordered so it came in the mail later than the rest. So I thought that was the reason and bluntly she said«nope that’s not it» walked away with a side look like she was accusing me of lying just to get a measly $ 5 in cash instead. She probably needs it more than me so she can buy a frap and take duck face selfies.

Place is horrible nobody ever helps you out they have prices in the wrong spots and is always is a long line because they only have 1 to 2 people max cashiers working when the place is packed you spend at least 20 to 30 minutes in line just waiting to check out just to leave I would rather shop online so I don’t waste all my time in line just to leave for a few items if it wasn’t for shipping so much I would shop with them online instead the place is not worth the time for how long you wait in line just to check out the ceos need to get involved and whip this place back in shape and get people who actually want to work for living instead of standing around n want free money think twice before you come here and make sure you leave yourself a few hours if you want to come here because you will be late if you don’t

Store employee returned 2 Sports bras so my payment was originally 199.00 then idk why he did it 3 times but with my coupons and buying an extra bag it was 60.35 $ but he never returned it on my credit card and i had to pay 99 $. I used to come frequently but thats why i don’t like when NO one can help me and the employees just laugh. Im waiting until Monday to see what i can resolve since i have to waste my time to go in store so they can laugh.

Love the store, their merchandise and their staff is very friendly and helpful. I dislike the fact that it takes an average of 30+minutes to check out. Their lines are long and boring. There should either be more registers open or a different system for checking out.

I’ve been to many of these stores but last month I had the best customer service experience I’ve had anywhere! I think the lady’s name was Kelly. She was AWESOME!!! Went above and beyond to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed. I’m very picky about the way things fit and she was on top of everything. She understood each of my concerns and found me the perfect solution/the perfect fit. Beyond impressed by her willingness to help. A manager came to tell her that she could go on break(while she was helping me) and she told them that the other employee could go because she really wanted to finish helping me.

It’s crazy to say that this was my «first» VS experience — definitely not my last! I’ve frequented The Mall at Wellington Green for many years, always ducking in and out of VC for birthday gifts for friends, sisters, etc… never bought myself anything in there before. I wasn’t greeted as I entered, but I was able to locate a VERY helpful and nice woman that sized me and made sure everything was right before she left. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and her kind, happy demeanor. Now, I’m finally wearing the correct size and I feel fabulous(ladies, you understand!) Also, I wanted to point out that even though the mall was closing, they never pushed us to «make our final selections and get out» — now THAT was customer service.(:

The VS at the Mall at Wellington Green is the worst store I have ever shopped at. Snotty clerks who don’t know how to do their jobs and would rather rectally insert glass than actually talk to a customer. No one greets you. They stand around in your way when you are trying to look at something. They routinely leave security tags on things. They answer questions wrong so YOU look like an idiot when trying to redeem reward cards or coupons or free things from Pink Nation. When you have a question they all seem to disappear. They can’t size you accurately for bras(one moron guessed an entire band and two cup sizes too big and then ARGUED with me when I balked – even after I held up the bra and showed her I was SWIMMING in the thing). I recommend Boynton Beach as an alternative.
