The providers are down to earth and do not talk over your «level». They are caring and thorough. The desk staff are friendly and helpful. The documents are all on an iPad so it is easy to complete forms. I highly recommend this practice. I have been a client for almost 10 years and used to drive to Gardens to see them. Now they have a West Palm location which is great.

Used their online appointment request process and never heard anything back, even checked my spam folder to be safe. I ended up making an appointment over the phone as a new patient for a check up and to look at a few spots. They ended up assigning me to Dr Platzer who is a really young guy, he appeared in a rush just to get me in and out and didn’t do a good job of explaining things to me before or while he was doing things. He ended up doing a biopsy on a mole and didnt coterize very well so I had lots of bleeding for several days. They said I would have my results of the biopsy within 2 weeks. Going on week three now I cant seem to get my results from them and have called several times and left a few messages. Apparently there is only one person that works in their pathology department and she has been out sick and nobody can seem to handle this process until she returns. Nothing more nerve racking than playing the waiting game to find out if you have cancer or not. The ladies at the front desk were friendly but other than that I will go somewhere else next time as they appear to treat you more of a number here and just want to get you in and out then take your money.
