Captain Termite

this was the most awful and traumatic experience. captain termite killed all out perimeter shrubs and a lot of grass. I’m talking about beautiful palms and flowering bushes that have been growing for decades. we had to do a very expensive landscaping project to get or house back up to snuff. I don’t think they gave enough warning and set expectations around what could happen or how how it could be prevented. they did absolutely nothing to try and preserve our foliage. just tented right over everything. they even left piles of sand in our grass that were holding down the tent. which eventually killed that grass too.
the bugs were no longer present in our house, yes. however they offered to do a perimeter treatment on the outside of the house. the woman spraying chemicals all over must not have heard me pulling into my driveway and she sprayed me right in the face and eyes! unbelievable. good thing I was not carrying my 10 month old baby!
they need work on helping future tenters prevent such tragedies. or at least the set the correct expectations.

The lady that came to my house called ½ an hour earlier to let me know she was on her way. She arrived right on time and fumigated the yard the same day. Very satisfied with the service

I called Captain Termite and was happy with a quick hello. The woman, Jeanne was really nice and helpful. I explained my problem and how I thought I might have termites.
She was able to give me a quick assessment with no strings attach.
Because it was the weekend I though I would have to wait for Monday before someone could come see what I had and surprisingly, she had someone there within 30mins… On a SUNDAY! Who does that? :)
It was like Captain Termite to the rescue for reals! lol.
My whole family was happy and the guy Joe totally came out, checked out our house, every crack and places I wouldn’t have thought to look and came back with an answer, subterranean Termites. They were like something from the plague, seriously! Gross and creepy.
To let you know, the quote was free and for payment, I was actually able to ask for financing if I wanted but luckily I had a rainy day jar and the price was reasonable for an emergency call.
I felt comfortable with Joe and asked him about some of the other pests, like the spiders and these beetles we find. He gave us a home solution for the spiders and is coming back out to take care of the beetles and other bugs we have. It was awesome!
I totally felt like I can trust Captain Termite with any pest problems and would recommend them to my family and friends.

The best pest control company in town. By far! I was having a bee hive issue in my vacation home, THE Captain came with Queen Bee and resolved the issue ! Thank you now my kids can play outside with no worries!!!

I will definitely do business with Captain Termite again. My boyfriend and I discovered termites in our cabinets, and wanted someone to come right away. Josh from Capt. Termite was friendly and did an excellent job.
