friendly servers. quiet ambiance. pretty good food choices. awesome taste. good for pickup or eat in.

Phenomenal quality food at a reasonable price. Everyone who works at the restaurant is focused on making your dining experience pleasurable. The waitress who we have had the pleasure of serving us every time we dine here is terrific and very accommodating. I have never had a bad meal. The dining area is small, but you can make a reservation if you are concerned about being seated right away.

For those in the NY metro areas who compare the two main «urban» stations on terrestrial radio, and know the rivalry? You know how Hot 97 tries to stay true to the hip-​hop culture, while Power is just totally mainstream (while being owned by a huge family/​conglomerate that knows nothing about the culture)? This place is the Hot 97 of the two pizzerias in my hood (Woodland Park, SON), in comparison to their down-​the-​street counterpart which would be Power 105…
I’ve only been here a handful of times, but I am always impressed with their service, quality, authenticity, and all that jazz. The main point being the authenticity and feel. They feel more like an authentic Italian food joint than their «neighbors» down the street. Just as Hot 97 (though less popular and with less entertainment value) fights for purity, talent, & REALNESS in hip-​hop music… So does Viva when it comes to making great pizza pies and other Italian cuisine. I’ve never been to Italy, nor have I even had dinner at an Italian household. But I can definitely say that coming here gives the most authentic food flavors, that are really true to what my Italian friends’ families have cooked for years.
Me being a Yankee. I just love their chicken bacon ranch slices, but all of their pizzas are pretty damn dandy. I love their Bruschetta (sp?) pizza. So daggum delicious.
They’re in a strip mall with LOADS of doctors offices. So during the day the lot tends to get packed, but there’s still parking. You may just have to walk a bit. And their service is always genuine. The main gentleman (whom I believe is the owner) is always super welcoming and friendly, and just wants you to enjoy your food and experience, without being overly kiss-​assy. Yes, that’s a word.
Definitely pull up when you’re in the area.

Yummy and fast take-​out, even on a busy night. I was quoted 20 minutes for my pizza but was running early. I was surprised to see how much take-​out traffic was coming in and out and how busy the dining room was, especially for a seemingly small store-​front. The staff behind the counter were friendly, chatting away in Italian and delighting those of us waiting by spinning dough. The pizza was an across-​the-​board Jersey pie, no disappointment. I ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pie and was very pleased about the FRESH, not canned, mushrooms. Most impressive was the sauce, which is clearly an in-​house recipe: tangy, not too sweet, very fresh. My only disappointment was my own fault for not asking for a well-​done pie. They are generous with their toppings.

One of the best pizzerias I have ever been to. Their sicilian pizza is amazing, the people are very friendly, and the prices are very reasonable considering how delicious their food is.

One of the best pizza places in the area and has a great lunch/​dinner menu. Service is great! Love that its a family owned business. I recommend it to anyone

This place has the BEST… the Best… I said it… Ima say it again… THE BEST Square Slice in New Jersey… Crunchy on the outside and nice and soft on the inside… These guys do it right… FLAVOR… in every single bite. Went here and got a plain slice which was also very well crafted and perfected and got a square slice. The total came out out to around $ 4. I should have gave up a kidney for this perfection… On a serious note the square slice is up there with J&V in Brooklyn. Im done… Just go now, quit your job and just eat pizza from here all day.

We ordered a chicken parm and a eggplant parm Dinner. Wasn’t impressed with their chicken parm but on the flip side their eggplant parm was amazing along

Tried this place because Tommys Taste of Italy was closed. Saw the reviews on Unilocal and decided to go for it. I gave it 3 stars because the menu states toppings are $ 1.00 each extra but they charged us $ 2.00 for each topping. I didn’t get a good explanation for the false price on the menu. Pizza was good but a $ 8.00 small pizza ended up coming out to $ 16 when it got to my door. A bit much for my taste.

I give this now 2 stars because management has reached out and let me know this was a wire from the brush to clean the oven.

This is easily one of the best pizza place in the area! The food is ALWAYS delicious! The staff is friendly, courteous, and very efficient. I’ve had pizza, dinners, sandwiches, calzones… and everything is spot on! We are in this place usually once a week, sometimes two!
Ok, my one pet peeve… when you order a pepperoni pie, they cook a plain pie then just toss the pepperoni on it before they cut it and put it in the box. I like my pepperoni crisped up… so I don’t get pepperoni here. Never saw anyone else do that before.

The food is fantastic, the staff is great, everybody is so friendly– it makes me feel like I’m part of the family and the owners are wonderful! I highly recommend it, you won’t regret it.

I absolutely Love this place. Have lunch here all the time! I often get a Tomato Wrap and change it to whole wheat which is AMAZING! but I recently ordered the Ceaser Salad Calabrese and instead of Ceasar dressing I got Balsamic and it was Delicious! Once again this place never disappoints. One of my favorite Lunch spots!

Great little pizzeria. One thing I love about their pizza is that the crust is nice and crunchy. Their slices are ginormous so I would recommend just one if you’re really hungry. The cashier is always so nice, she is very friendly. The man who I believe is the owner? Always makes the pizza and is always friendly. I’ve only been there a few times but he remembers me, which is nice. I haven’t tried the other menu items.

I placed an order for a pie for delivery and an hour later they tell me I’m too far for delivery. Make sure you confirm up front before placing your order.

Simply put, I love pizza! Viva La Pizza has the best cheese pie around! It is always cooked to perfection, great taste and delicious. Today, I decided dine in for the first time and try something different. I had one of their pasta dishes for lunch and was very impressed. Fair price, large portions, and unbelievable taste! Definitely a must try!
The only reason I rated a 4 instead of 5 because dining area wasn’t the most favorable environment.

My bf and I are regulars here. Consistently great food, prices and service. They have a nice listing of daily specials along with their regular menu items. They are alway willing to accommodate special requests, even making me dishes that aren’t on the menu.

Heard nothing but good things about this place so I decided to check it out. The Sicilian pizza is AMAZING!!! Brought one home for the family and my mother (who was giving up gluten and all things awesome in the world) and now we can’t stop going back. Unbelievable pizza!

The Sicilian pizza is out of this world. I had the shrimp fra diavlo dinner made with linguine. It was amazingly delicious! My favorite pizza place in Woodland Park. I haven’t had a bad meal there yet.

I just moved to woodland park and ordered from here on a whim. Since then, I haven’t been able to find any delivery restaurant in the area that I prefer. All of their food is delicious, and their prices are literally unbeatable. There have been a few times where they have closed early or I have called to no answer — but they are still open and definitely worthy of your repeated efforts.
So far I’ve ordered the specialty chicken sandwich, pepperoni & chicken cutlet Stromboli, chicken wings, mozzarella sticks, and turkey & Swiss cold sub. I have not one complaint about any of them. All amazing!
