Sonny’s Super Market

I can only say that I purchased Brats from Sonny’s a couple weeks ago… drove them back to Georgia, and just today dropped them in the hot tub (beer, butter, onions to cook them)…they were the best… most very best Brats I have EVER had and I have had a lot of brats in my life. I wanted to take smaller bites so that I could taste it longer… unbelievably good! Order them… eat them… brag about them… they are the BEST!

Small town grocery store — actually the only grocery store in West Point, Iowa. What keeps bringing me back to Sonny’s& warrantes a 4 star in my book is their butcher shop. The breakfast sausage links are so tasty. They have great cuts of meats, and their prices on meat is reasonable. They have some nice bulk meat packages in case you really want to stock up.
They carry other merchandise you’d expect in a small grocery. Selections are not extensive & the prices on these items is a bit high compared to major supermarkets. The vegetables and fruits sometimes are near experation, so you should check them out carefully. Pop is unusually expensive.
The staff is very friendly and will even help you out to your car. I love coming here and supporting a local merchant. By local when possible is my motto, even if it can be slightly higher price. It helps the local economy and gives people jobs.
