Standard go-​to place with my parents. The jd omelet is filling, the corned beef hash is filling, everything is filling.
Best part, the coffee cups are human sized. Not some dinky 4-​oz cup you’ll get and some chain place, but full-​sized cups of joe. Great place.

Well Thank you my Unilocal family! Your recommendation was spot on. I walked in and felt like I was in my grandmother kitchen. Everything is clean and smells great. I had the bacon and eggs with hash browns. I asked for a little gravy over the Browns and it was excellent. The service and good coffee was a match. I’ll be back.

This place is straight outta Kansas, if you know what I mean. Hometown diner with a big after-​church crowd when we stopped in on a Sunday late morning. Pretty good food — especially the chicken fried steak.

Best breakfast in the Tri Cities! Is it always perfect, close, but if its not they are eager to please and accommodate. We have a very large family, they are great and appreciative of our patronage. Burgers are great, and you have to try the fries! Enjoy!!!

I had a woman yell at me while waiting on our breakfast because my two year old who was laughing was to loud for her to carry on a conversation. Other customers spoke up for me and when telling the waitress about it she barely acknowledged it happened. She should have either been kicked out or a manager should have come to talk to me.

I’ve had breakfast here twice so far and really enjoyed it. It’s reasonably priced, well prepared and delicious. The service is quick and friendly. The ambiance lends itself to being a laid-​back, local hangout, nothing fancy-​but good food. I look forward to eating here again!

My boyfriend and I loved this place! We recently moved to the Tri-​Cities and were looking for a good breakfast joint/​greasy spoon, and we found it here! I had breakfast food (which is served all day), and he had a chili burger, and both were great. It was also reasonably priced.
My only complaint is that the restaurant was a little dirty. But it was worth it for such tasty food. We will definitely be back!

Had breakfast here and it was wonderful! The price is fantastic — I had the sausage patty (large oval shaped), hash browns, eggs and 2 slices of toast. N had the French toast and sausage links and really liked them.
The atmosphere is down to earth, home-​y feeling and inviting. Our waitress was lovely and kept the coffee coming.
We will for sure be back, but it a little far from our home.

Portions are huge. Thick cut hash browns expertly cooked. Bread perfectly toasted and buttered. Corned beef hash hit the spot. Minus one star for the extremely slow (but friendly) service. Maybe I’m accustomed to city time, but it took almost 20 minutes to get our food and there were only 6 tables occupied.

Satisfying diner food — good for what it is! Service was sweet and quick, and we always had filled coffee mugs (this is a *must* at a diner!), and portions were large. I had the corned beef hash, which was a little too mushy to be perfect, but it was still pretty good. The hash browns were on point! Crispy and delicious. My pancake was a little heavy, but not bad. Yes, I had a full plate AND a pancake. Don’t judge me.
My husband liked the chicken fried steak, which was well-​seasoned and the texture was great — not soggy or super chewy. This just may be our new breakfast spot!
(Also, they had pies on the counter. Like a real diner! I really wanted a slice…)

The only reason I give this place 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the atmosphere. At first glance this place doesn’t look like much. It smelled a little bit like a cigarette. My guess is that at one point smoking was permitted, and they never took the time to remove the smell. Either way, it wasn’t so overpowering or off putting that we left. The place resembles a truck stop restaurant, so don’t go there for the atmosphere. Everyone was friendly, and service was prompt, so no complaints. The real gem here is the food. It’s delicious. I had french toast, sausage, eggs, and hash browns. My husband had biscuits and gravy with bacon. Thick bacon, yummy sausage, and adorable mickey mouse pancake for the kiddo. No complaints about the food. It seems like the type of place where if you had a special request they would try to accommodate for you. I would definitely return.

Found out the hard way that there is PLENTY of bacon in the normal breakfast… luckily I love bacon

Great fresh breakfast! I had chicken fried steak and eggs, hash browns and toast.
Quality of the food and freshness is way above average. Service was nice and the atmosphere took me back to an «Andy Griffith» type setting. Love this little gem and I’ll definitely come back!
