The new name is Fairouz. We had a craving for falafel and these were some of the best. The Fatoush salad was delicious and the presentation of the hummus was the best I’ve ever seen.

We had a voucher to use on dine in service, so we came in for a weekday lunch. We easily found a free spot out in front of the strip of businesses and were given our choice of tables. Cristelle’s looks like a lunch counter establishment with plenty of table space, however, we were offered table service. The menus provided were the take-out folded paper sort. And for continued service we found it easier to walk up to the counter to catch someone’s attention. So, service was okay and pleasant, but not the best. Having eye’d a neighboring table’s dish, we found out that there was a day’s special available — we went up and took a look at the chicken and potatoes and fries. It looked good, so we ordered a plate of that and the Mousaka Plate $ 7.99(vegetarian stuffed eggplant with chick peas and sauté onion, served with salad)) and the Beef Kafta Plate $ 9.29(described as hamburger made with parsley) off the Middle Eastern side of the menu. Since the plates came with a choice of rice pilaf or french fries, I made sure to swap out the carb for fries for one of the entrees. Good idea too, since they served some pretty good crispy fries there. The rice was fine as well. The chicken was tender, but comes with either white or dark meat — too bad I hadn’t thought to ask, otherwise I’d have specially requested the dark. The beef kafta was tasty. The salad we were started off with though was fresh but way over dressed — once the greens were consumed, a pool of dressing remained on the plate. While I didn’t favor the day’s special as well as the neighboring diner who had driven here for lunch that day specifically for this dish, Cristelle’s is worth another visit if I were to find myself in the area around a mealtime.

This place is out of the way and I’ve passed it a million times. I had heard really wonderful things about it, especially the home made Lebanese food. It’s a family owned restaurant, the people themselves are so sweet and helpful, great customer service. My boyfriend recommended the Kibbe, traditional Lebanese lentil soup and the special, which was beef with green beans. We also had a fresh salad, crisp lettuce with the perfect amount of yummy dressing. Everything was delicious, homemade, and perfectly cooked. They only make the Lebanese food Monday — Friday and the regular menu on the weekends. I love this place and I will come again, hopefully for some more delicious home cooking!

This place is very good first off. I come here pretty frequently to get the buffalo chicken pizza. It is always very good. It is a family owned place I believe. It’s a very spacious place with plenty of seating. Great for groups and families. Comfortable booths. Always clean. Would definitely recommend this place to others.
