Dunkin’ Donuts

This continues to be the most unacceptably bad Dunkin within a many-​mile radius. Literal water coffee. Ice cold. And now I want to murder somebody.

Came here a few weeks ago… It was perfect. Not crowded, parking lot was clean, order was correct. No problem here, other than the fact that I don’t like how you they make you turn right onto the VFW Pkwy towards Providence Highway. There should be a entrance /​exit on Route 109, which would be extremely helpful. Overall, good Dunkin Donuts (only Drive thru in West Roxbury… right?), just wish they would change the setup.

This seems to be the only location that messes up my orders 7 out of 10 times that I go here. It’s quite annoying especially because it’s located on a one way road so I have to make a huge U turn and wait at the slowest light in the world to go back.

Convenient location Get order wrong most of the time. Always get the feeling that there is nobody in charge if this place.

Decent store. If i go inside the staff is friendly and always gets my order correct. If I go through the drive through they rush my order which usually results in the wrong coffee. I wish they would fix their drive through issues. The drive through staff is not very friendly.

Terrible location. I have been coming here on and off for years and they always manage to mess up my order. Which is pretty simple large black coffee with 1 sugar. I have complained and never heard a response. They also do not calibrate their machines right. The coffee tastes watery.
Go to a different Dunkin until mgt cares.

I pass by this Dunkin Donuts on my way home from the gym every morning, so it is the most convenient DD store on my route. I have to say that I am consistently disappointed with this store. Firstly, the hours on their window claim that they open at 6am but there have been more times than I can count when I have come by after 6 and there has been no one there or they have just arrived and have not made coffee yet. This is simply unacceptable. Also, the staff is awful. They have never made an attempt to provide even mediocre customer service. After taking my order with what can only be described as soul-​sucking apathy, my order is often poorly made or all-​together wrong. I am really disappointed with this branch and I wish that DD would make some changes to make this particular location better.

I am sad to see the very negative reviews for my favorite Dunks, so I definitely had to post! I have worked in Norwood now for 7 years, and about 4 – 5 of them I spent going either to Starbucks in Dedham or the Dunks in Westwood. The last 2 or so years I have been more into Dunks, and I just couldn’t stand the Westwood location anymore due to the extremely long lines.
I started going to the Dunks on VFW and immediately thought it was much better than my old Dunks. At the time I go there is rarely a line of more than a car or 2 in the drive thru. They are efficient getting orders filled and my coffee with extra skim milk actually has the right amount of milk more often than not, which I could never say about my former Dunks.
I think it helps that I go a decent amount– maybe 3 – 4 times on the weekdays, so they seem to know me and always get it right. I have actually never gotten the wrong order or food (when I get a bagel or something). The only thing is sometimes they don’t put enough milk in, which is pretty common when using skim, but it is normally really good!

very slow service and they raarely get you drink right

With DDs, it’s usually a hit or miss. Sometimes the ones that do well will take a turn for the worse, sometimes the ones that suck will surprise you. This DD is ALWAYS bad. The staff is very slowwwww to take and process orders. There’s about 3 people working at any time, and there’s usually a new employee learning the tricks of the trade, so turnover is probably high. The staff generally have bad attitudes. DDs isn’t no Starbucks, but there are better DDs out there than this one.
