My car wouldn‘t start right outside the shop so, I just brought my car here to be seen. They quoted me at 375.00 for the car part, and 90.00 for labor. Since they were replacing a sending unit, I thought it was decent. I decided against it because my normal mechanic said he could check the car out if I could get it started, and if it was a quick fix they wouldn‘t charge me. I ended up paying top auto 50.00 to get the car going. Then I went to my normal mechanic and he fixed the electric head on the sending unit and my car has been starting ever since without fail. So far turns out, it isn‘t the sending unit, so it was a misquote on them.
On a different note, THEY ALSO STOLE MY MONEY! I mistakenly forgot to take my year‘s worth of saved up quarters from my coin bucket. One of the mechanics had sticky fingers and took all but 34 quarters. They took around 15.00 in quarters! thats around 60 quarters, and a dollar coin! WHAT A SHOP. THEY STEAL FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS! I was furious, I called the owner to ask him about the incident, said he would call me back, NEVER DID. I went to confront RAY the owner, and he basically said, there‘s nothing he can do because who is stupid enough to admit to stealing. On top of this, he also told me he left my car outside UNLOCKED so someone off the street could have stolen the money… ??? REALLY? WHO LEAVES CARS UNLOCKED ON THE STREET? If a thief did steal my money why didnt they steal anything else? YOUR CAR IS NOT SAFE HERE. IF YOU EVER LEAVE IT HERE YOU THINGS WILL BE MISSING.
THEY STEAL FROM CUSTOMERS, NEVER COME HERE.

I called these guys to get a windshield replacement quote for my car over the phone and the first man to answer sounded displeased. I greeted him and asked if I could get a quote (and described my car) he cut me off saying they «take that from the insurance company, call them and they’ll tell you». I said «no, I’m looking to pay out of pocket, there was no accident that caused this, I just want to replace my windshield». He cut me off again saying «yea, just tell the insurance and they give you a claim number and that’s how we go from here». Confused, I replied «I don’t think we’re understanding each other», and this man hung up in my face.
So rude.
Lacking of professionalism and the ability to effectively communicate.
They won’t be receiving any of my business.

So right after a snow storm my windshield sprayer stopped spraying so I drove it in there and the guy came right out and fixed it! Now this wasn’t a simple fix! He had to take the hood off just to get out the piece that would let you in where all the stuff was. It was the tubing inside that had to be clipped and replaced. It took over an hour and the guy fixed everything and I could see again! He only charged me 80 bucks and off I went! Seriously I wanted to hug the guy but he didn’t seem like that type. LOL.
