ATS Communications has been our telephone service provider for over 15 years, and I’ve come to trust them to provide excellent service and technical recommendations. Recently, I availed myself of their telecommunications review service to find a new telecom service provider for voice and data at five of our locations. I’m very pleased to report that ATS’s Christine(«Chris») Cahill assisted me with this project that spanned nine months(because we had various prior carrier contracts expiring at different times). Chris stepped us through the project from researching our needs, finding cost-saving options by negotiating rates with carriers, changing mid-stream to a different plan when a given carrier wasn’t able to execute on promises, coordinating and scheduling installations, and even reviewing and correcting initial invoices for new services from the new service provider to ensure accuracy. She saved me an incredible amount of grief and time-consuming coordination and trouble-shooting, and followed through on every detail of the project through to its final completion. Having handled details of conversions to new carriers in the past by myself for just single locations, I would have been overwhelmed by a project of this magnitude without her help. I recommend using ATS Communications for any business looking to find and implement their most cost-effective telecommunications options!

We have the a phone system that was purchased through ATS and have had several portable phone lines die on us very quickly. Recently, we called to ask for a quick issue with one of our phone lines. A tech called us back and told us to push a button to solve the problem. It did. I received a bill for $ 150 for a one minute call. I was shocked. I asked the company if there was a mistake but they said that was their standard rate for any call. I informed them that we were not told of this rate when we called. They stated that when we were on hold, the message on hold tells about the minimum rate. I stated that I did not listen to their message on hold. I asked for a discount for the call and they were not able to offer any help. It was my fault I did not hear the message. At no time did the tech before he helped discuss his rate either. I believe this is very poor customer service and deceitfulness.

Adam Darville just called my office for my boss who is not available. I felt like I had to pry a detailed message from him. He was only calling to give an updated message about what is going on with our phone system. He acted like a sales person. But then again, maybe he is a sales person, but didn’t pitch it to me. Whatever the case may be, I didn’t like the way he communicated with me.
